Is there a 3m scotch tape that is close to the elcometer 99?

Elcometer 99 Tape was compared in a laboratory according the PSTC-101 method against three commonly available tapes: Permacel P-99, Scapa 8010-B, Intertape LA26. There was not a 3M product used.
