I love my smokeless grill
I love it that I can grill during rainy season or winter time. Sad thing is I have to coat it all the time with cooking spray. Food still sticks to the griddle

Not what I expected!
This product looks great, but it does not grill food to taste like it was done on an outside grill. The food tasted bland. The product itself was not difficult to clean but you did have to take it apart to clean it. I would not recommend the product to anyone. It was returned and Amazon did not refund postage as it says it will.

I received this for Christmas gift....Have cooked Steak&Chicken Very easy to use it has a cavity for water I think this is why it don't smoke also keeps food moist A+, replaced a t-fal optigrill witch is like a goerge foreman grill it always left a tough baked layer on chicken witch made it tough to eat&cut and dried out food...
