Tall Tails Shark Plush Crunch Water Bottle Toy for Dogs

The media could not be loaded.  I was gifted this shark for Christmas and it lasted 4 months before my doggy managed to get the stuffing out, which is the longest a toy lasted. He also tends to grab this shark before all his other toys. So when his former shark was almost empty I ordered a new one for him! And he absolutely loves it! It’s also easy to grab and catch for him and like I said durable with a dog that likes to pluck a toy with his teeth.

Indestructible or aggressive chewer doesn’t really mean a lot for us anymore, and I didn’t buy this with the intent of it outlasting her last toy victims. Although, I will say I was surprised at how quickly she was able to rip into the belly (tonic immobility - maybe I should give my pup some more instinctual credit). She preceded to destroy the cap of of the water bottle (which I then removed) and rip the leather label off. Ultimately it is a deflated fabric shark that will give her something to slowly (supervisedly) fin (we do not approve of her finning practices, but no stuffed creature she catches seems to be able to escape). So to sum up, if you want something that you don’t mind being a brief entertainment (like the Christmas gift we intended it to be) then it is fine, pricy, but fine.

Great toy for our dog

Not a huge fan of this product. At first glance, it is super cute, but when you squeeze it, all you can hear is the crinkling of plastic and if you are someone like me who does not like that sound, it is not a good toy

We bought this shark because the crab lasted very well - and though our dog loved to play with the shark it was only minutes before the bottom seam broke open and the water bottle and stuffing inside were released.

I’ve bought this brand of toy several times and have LOVED them. This one, though, seems suspect. The plastic bag in which it came was already ripped some, which made me think it had already been returned. First red flag. Once our pup started playing with it, it became obvious that the “stuffing” and “squeaker” were nothing more than a plastic bottle. Second red flag. Today, it came apart and I found said plastic bottle, with a hole in the lid for the squeaker. I wish I would have followed my instincts and returned it immediately. Properly stuffed and constructed, this would be a wonderful toy. Very disappointed.

actually has a bottle in it, which allowed my golden puppy to get a good grip on it and easily tear it apart within an afternoon. i love this brand, but hate this product

Our dog had dismantled and desqueekified the toy in less than an hour. But she loved it while it lasted.
