I suffer from hair fall and needed a soft pillowcase for my contour memory foam pillow. I researched a lot about sarin and silk pillowcases and scunchies which apparently reduce hair breaking and hair fall in general. The satin pillow cases cost a fraction of these silk cases and I was tempted to buy one. The satin felt cheap and slippery and I got rid of it before convincing myself to pool in $$ for this 100% mulberry silk pillowcase. First of all, delivery was prompt and the pillowcase came in a neat gift box. When I opened it, I was doubtful that it might feel like cheap satin or polyester. How wrong I was! These pillowcases are the epitome of soft, silky, luscious luxury. Ticked all the boxes right away. I soaked the pillowcase in dettol and water to sanitize it before use. I bought the grey color one and glad them at it did not bleed any color during wash and the material did not crumple after drying. The standard size is too big for my contour pillow which is fine with me since I couldn’t find a smaller size. The workmanship is excellent and the case has a discreet zipper. The only thing you might want to note is that if you have nails, they can scratch the pillowcase and I don’t regret not going for a lighter color since spots or dust would stand out on them. I am using these from around 3 months and will update here if it helps with my hair fall or not. Also, you may need additional cases in case 1 is getting washed. I’ve both hand washed and machine washed in delicate cycle and the pillowcase has held up well.As of now, I highly recommend these silk pillowcases.

I have curly hair that is very prone to frizz and I love this pillowcase. I was using a satin pillowcase before, and I can clearly see a difference between silk and satin. The silk pillowcase is softer and smoother. The threads of my satin pillowcase would get pulled sometimes by my nails and then the loose threads would catch my hair and cause tangles and frizz. I don't have to deal with any of that anymore thanks to this wonderful silk pillowcase!Other pros:-zipper keeps pillowcase from slipping off-cool to the touch, which feels great at bedtime

I'm not sure if it's authentic mulberry silk since I haven't done the test, but my hair is doing much better on this pillowcase than my cotton one. I suffer with insomnia and usually get around 3-5 hrs of sleep waking up at night due to stress but this pillowcase has surprisingly kept me asleep. As for looks, it's quite nice and it even comes with a zipper to secure your pillow inside.Edit: I wanted to add that this pillow case has prevented me from getting marks on my face. I will never go back to a cotton pillow because of this. My skin is a lot happier.

Everyone should experience the luxury of a silk pillowcase. Now that I have it, I can't imagine going without. My skin feels smoother and cleaner, my hair is not all tangled up in the morning. Seriously, I should have been using this years ago. I am pretty sure I know what to get everyone for their birthday this year. So soft! So smooth! Hidden zipper! I like the white color too as it matches my sheets.

I didn't know what to expect as this was my first silk pillowcase purchase. Given the affordable price, I was pleasantly surprised at its quality. The pillowcase is soft to touch and have found it regulates temperature well as I sleep. I assume this is something my dog appreciates, as well, as she now plops down to share my pillow with me.The seams look well sewn and the zipper opens and closes smoothly. Care instructions say the pillowcase is machine washable, in a wash bag, but I have not tried this. I have only hand washed it, so far. The only thing I found confusing was the care instructions (on the printed card) says "Soak time should be under 3 minutes". Since you can't really control that in a washing machine, perhaps this is just applicable for hand washing? Nevertheless, I haven't noticed any issues after hand washing (which takes me more than 3 minutes) the pillowcase.

I actually originally purchase this J JIMOO 100% Mulberry Silk Pillowcase as a gift and decided to purchase another one for myself. I liked the fact that this material was the same INSIDE and OUTSIDE. It is very comfortable and smooth to lay on. Hand washing, or machine washing in a bag, and flat drying works really good. I’ve been looking for a silk pillowcase for a long time, as I’ve heard they’re really good for preventing hair breakage and I have a lot of baby hairs. This pillowcase is soft and feels absolutely luxurious as soon as you open it up from the packaging, it is fit to size. I ordered a Queen pillowcase and it worked well to fit my pillowcase. I haven’t seen a difference in my hair yet, but I’m sure I will. Regardless, this pillow does warm up through the night if that’s something you like, then a plus for you.

I love this silk cover and the zipper makes it more love able! I had one that was a silk sleeve and it kept shifting all thru the night while using. This one doesn’t! I fell in love at first touch! So soft and very soothing on my skin! I would recommend this if you love benefits of silk!
