Holds in moisture from humidity
Fits our 48x48 sandbox snugly. Our wooden sandbox came with a wooden cover, which keeps large debris and animals out, but not rain. So, we got this cover.Despite the fact that this cover seems waterproof, moisture builds up in the sandbox. We guess this is from humidity in the air, that deposits on surfaces in the sandbox, but because the cover is watertight and doesn't breathe well, it doesn't evaporate. If you leave the cover on for long periods of time, the moisture just builds and builds, making the wood of the sandbox wet and almost slimey. So, after it rains, we have to go outside and remove this cover, to let the sandbox dry out, before replacing it. I'm not really sure that it's worth even bothering with.Possibly this could be remedied by using a different fabric for the cover, although I'm really just speculating. I've seen sandbox designs that have a umbrella-like cover, which can be raised and lowered; maybe if you set it low enough to keep rain, debris, and animals out, but still allowed for air to pass under it, this could solve the problem? If you don't live somewhere humid, you may not even have this issue. Also, I don't know if you would have this same issue with a plastic sandbox.Lastly, we've had this cover about 6 months, and even though it's in a shady part of the yard, it's already sun bleached.Unfortunately, I can't say that I would recommend this cover.

It is okay
It fits well but does not stay fastened tight enough to keep on the sandbox. It looks nice. It is thin material, but the price reflects the excusal for the sturdiness. It is water resistant but doesn't make much difference if the wind blows.

Good fit, but lacks durability
I liked how the cover fit the sandbox really nicely. It also felt like a good durable material. I found the rain pooling it in everytime and have to remove the water after every rain. It started to fade quickly and the pooling water caused weak spots and it eventually tore after only 6 months.

Worth the $20-something cost
Better than expected. I've had water puddled up on it after rain, but nothing gets through. Be sure to build your sandbox (or whatever you're covering) to fit the cover size you buy. I used 2 deck boards stacked for 11" height and the edge of the cover fits nicely between the boards to keep it from blowing off in wind.

Kind of thin. I bought the wrong size

Has a hole after 3 months
It kept the water out well enough but after only three months it has a hole in it. Discolored within the first few days so don't buy this if you want something that looks nice

Perfect fit!
Perfect size for green badger sandbox. Keeps water and animals out. Cinches up tight so it won't blow off in the wind. Yay! Keeps grandma's yard looking clean when sandbox is not in use. I'm recommending everybody get one of these covers.
