The product was seemed fake.

Arrived quickly and looks like picture. From the guide, although the bottle is small-you actually get a lot considering the small amount you need. A little awkward to use due to needing to measure accurate quantities of powder then diluting in purified water before adding to cream- and again measuring ratios of powder to water to cream . I didn’t have a small scale so likely added the wrong quantity which didn’t visibly harm my skin, but felt a little irritated for a few minutes after application. I suggest the supplier considers providing a measuring scoop.Also does not say if it’s synthetic or natural arbutin which was a concern after doing some further research. You need the natural one!Personally didn’t lift my 2 small hyperpigmented areas, but as mentioned- I didn’t measure correctly and didn’t stick with it long enough.

The bottle is really tiny. I wish they mentioned this so you know what to expect

I've ordered this product as according to what I've read, Alpha Arbutin can get rid of skin pigmentation issues. However, I don't know yet as I only just got it yesterday, so fingers crossed. What I like about it though is that it arrived the following day after I've ordered it, so I'm impressed with the quick delivery.

This arbutin is fake. Used for a month no difference.
