I bought this product for a gift for my son and then I tried it myself and I felt I needed one for myself. It works really well, nice deep massage it doesn’t stop if you lean back on it. It really relives my tension and the heat is the right temperature. I totally recommend it. I like that is portable and easy to use.

I had paid more money for a similar version of this massager but it got lost in my last move. I chose this one mainly because it was reasonably priced and I definitely don’t regret it. The Shiatsu is firm, the heat is hot. It hits all the right spots, especially if you shimmy around a bit. Don’t hesitate.

This thing is quite good for the price. I typically use a hard foam roller to stretch out my middle back pain. I have had pain in the same area for over 20 years. Last week, I tried to move some wood loading ramps early in the morning and all of sudden felt like I could not even stand up. It almost felt like something broke in my back. This has acutally happened before in the past, but only a few times over 20 years. Usually it is just a muscle strain which is painful at first, then sore for a couple weeks to a couple months at most. I ordered this back massager the morning after this latest injury and it was delivered within a couple hours. The foam roller was just too painful and would not provide the little cracks and immediate relief it typically does. This massager provided such intense feelings of relief and got into deep tissue that I literally felt what you could describe as euphoria. The problem is it felt so good that I really leaned my weight onto the unit so much that the balls would barely move and I seem to have bruised my back around my spine quite a bit. Now I can only use this massager very lightly until the bruise heals up. The heating feature is not all that warm, but I did feel it.Being a long time sufferer of back pain, I try a little of everything. This massager should really help provide some immediate temporary relief. But to those suffering, I will relate that the absolute best help was strengthening my core by situps, pullups, pushups etc and the corresponding weight loss. I did not have any back pain for years when I could do sets of 10-15 pullups at a time, but I got lazy and now I am suffering again.I have a tens unit. It works great, but it is too hard to get the pads on my back by myself. I have the heating pads and the ice pads. I have the foam rollers with and without knubs. I have a bosu ball. I have the icy hot, the tiger balm, the biofreeze. I have a hot tub with all kinds of jets and 5 different seating positions. This massager is a very welcome addition. I bought an accupressure mat at the same time, about which I was very skeptical in comparison to a shiatsu heated massager. But I am using the accupressure mat in conjunction with the shiatsu massager and light stretching and got back to work after only a couple days with only annoying stiffness, discomfort and soreness instead of intolerable pain and immobility.

This is my second one. The first, which is identical, lasted about 1-1/2 years of use at about 3-4 days a week. For this price range massager, I consider that a huge win. It was time to order a new one hoping it was still the same quality and so far, everything checks out. What separates this model over many others is the way you control the massager. It has an in-line toggle on/off switch which allows you to make it go clockwise or counter clockwise with heat, thats it. No 15 minute timer that automatically shuts off the massager or useless features. You control it's direction and amount of time you want a massage. That is all you need. Most of these pillow massages have built in timers and the massager nodes auto switch directions ever minute or two. That may seem convenient but if you're working on a knot, and just want to let the massager to get it done, you're out of luck. The simple controls on this model makes it my go to. And it's strong and durable to boot. Totally recommend this one!

I am really impressed with this massager. I have so many knots in my upper and lower back. The massager can be intense which is great for me! There is a heating component which seems to be helping me work out all of these tight muscles. Great price point for a quality product. Very happy with this purchase.

So I got this massager in Oct -2024. I used this extensively. it was good, Up until 2 -3 weeks ago from this date. One of the rotator stopped working with mode 2 i tried to reach product support NOT expecting a return or refund or a new product but support and communication from the product team. I say that because the product is very good until it stops working or ends up with an issue. I raised the issue hoping to receive some response from the team, but no surprise. I raised it twice in last 2 weeks. Finally today I reached out to Amazon team and they helped me further with a minimal refund. I would like some other similar product and I am up to get one where not only the product is good but the support team is atleast up for starting a communication link.

I couldn't believe the relieve i had in my back after 20 min of use. It is deep deep muscle penetrative and can be difficult to accustom too the pain, but it gets better. Even used it my car the next day. Fantastic

i’m currently using on my lower back as my new born is sleeping on my chest. it feels nice, warm (am not sure how to turn off heat yet but it’s good temp) and i haven’t tried the higher setting yet either but it is doing a nice job. my lower back has been hurting for a few weeks and id ask my husband to massage but his hands start to cramp up and cant massage me for long so i decided to invest in this. the reason it is four stars is because i wish it was a little more spaced out. for the first few minutes i felt it hitting right on my spine and it wasn’t enjoyable. i fidgeted around and can feel it more on one side (wherei need it) but not the other (where i also need it) so ill fidget again
