I'm so pleased i found this. Im not a big eater,And i have only been opening my bowels once a week,But its like 3 times in one day. I have IBS so i just put it down to that. Anyway....I was constantly feeling bloated & just blah. I was a bit scared to be using tablets off the internet though. But i took the risk. Im so glad i did. These have cleared my bowels,Stopped the bloating too. And naturally. Obviously my IBS wont go away,So my problems may arise again. But...If that happens, I will buy more of these. Got these 2 days ago. Because I am a big lady I eat a lot of food and struggle to poo. I have two each night before I go to bed and when I wake up The toilet is my number one thing.

I realized if I take it for more than a few days then it gets rid of the excess water in my body, around my ankles and it looks like my skin is getting smoother from cellulitis. But for me comes with headaches and you must stick with it because I got puffer and puffer then got rid of the fluid. My ankle is skinny now. Well, I carry on for another week to see what the tablet can do and put up with the headaches.

Tried these last night took 2 woke this morning with cramps. Very loose. Headache! Is this normal ? So they have worked but think I will cut down to 1 tablet once my stomach has settled back down.

Agree with the lady that said it gave her cramped. I have only taken one tablet per night so I don’t what it will do if you two per night. On my fourth day I started getting bad cramps. Everybody is different!

quite big capsules so take with plenty of water.Works very well for cleaning out colon . Tastes funny and large but work
