This is just what my wife was looking for. She uses it in bed, on the couch and at the kitchen table. She loves it.. It is adjustable which saves her from neck, shoulder and back pain from leaning forward to read. Thank you.

It is great as a tabletop music holder for our kids keyboard. Just what we needed.

This thing is super filmsy. But you can still maneuver it so it can balance. The top plate is some super cheap cardboard/plastic material. Your hard covered textbook won't be happy on it. A 400-page hard cover novel will be ok.If you are over size 4 in women's clothing, your two thighs will be.. probably stuck in between and push the legs out and eventually break the legs. Did I mention that it is filmsy? Yes.So unless you have very thin thighs with very thin books or lightweight laptops, you will feel a bit worried that it might just flip over or collapse or just break down.

Awkward and cumbersome to adjust. Doesn't hold an I-pad very well at all.

Not a complicated product, but very easy to use, and it is exactly as described.

I was excited with this book stand as a user of wood bookstand ( regular no height adjustment).It is pretty light gadget and good for thin book.For me it didn't work though. My heavy 1000 page book kept falling and it was very cumbersome to adjust angles.since you need to adjust each knuckle with two hands, book cannot stand by itself.I will just find another wood bookstand and adjustable stand.
