I HAVE TO CUT THEM DOWN
GOOD STUFF

Perfectly adequate for hobby use
Resin impregnated paper boards with thin copper cladding on one side, as advertised. However, the description says these are FR-4 but that is incorrect; FR-4 is fiberglass reinforced resin and these boards do not have any fibers. This is fine for most hobby use and you probably won't notice the difference, or maybe appreciate that they are slightly easier to cut than a true FR-4 material would be. I've used this brand of board plenty of times and with good technique they etch great. Be aware that the batch I received had needle-like burrs of copper on the edges due to the way they were cut. One of the first things you should probably do is hit the edges of each board with some sandpaper. Other than that, no complaints.

works great
i actually prefer using two of these to using a double-sided board. you can do all the milling at the same time and there's a lower risk with alignment errors. only downside is the result is thick and you need to drill the holes twice.

Thin, bad quality, not FR4
This is really terrible. First of all, almost half of the boards are not the advertised thickness, but closer to 1.2mm, very thin. Super thin copper as well. And even worse, this is not FR4, but looks very much like FR1, and I can tell by how badly this cuts (and burns) on a laser. I already had FR1 boards and wanted FR4 specifically. I ended up buying much higher quality PCBs from somewhere else and it's worth the cost difference.

Good sized, Great for cutting and lasering
So far I've been pretty happy with these boards. The size is pretty useful for multiple projects. They cut pretty easily with my CNC Router. I've had success using the toner-transfer method and had success painting them and using a laser etcher to create the masking. I use ferric chloride to do the etching process, and so far I haven't had any issues. Soldering and all, the traces stay on. Will be buying more once I need to! Edit - 2023: Just ran a board through a fiber laser. After a bit of trial and error, I was able to find a happy settings that allowed me to successfully etch the copper off without causing too much discoloring of the substrate. Fully functional board. This for sure has me sold on these!
