I have an envy 4502. When I inserted them an error message popped up indicating they needed to be replaced. It insisted. I powered the printer off and rebooted and it prompted the alignment page and is working perfectly.

Great price on the ink absolutely did what it was supposed to do. Would we purchase again and again?

I purchased this because I needed a quick print for a document. It arrived quickly the next day. Easy to install and printed my document as if it was a HP cartridge. Happy with my purchase worked out well and saved me tones of money.

I received the 2-pack ink cartridges very quickly. The first one didn’t work. I tried installing it properly 6 times with no luck. Probably wasted an hour thinking it was my printer. As soon as i tried the 2nd one it worked right away. Probably not the best deal when only one of them worked.

I was surprised when I received these toners that they were not the original made for my printer. Suddenly I worried that they wouldn’t work, since that happened to me before. But I was wrong!These fit and worked very well.

If I could do zero stars I would. One of the ink cartridges worked fine but the second one gave my printer an error code and wouldn't print anything. I had to travel to Staples and get another ink cartridge during my project. Don't risk it. I bought a colored ink from the same company and the error code was thrown as well. So, 2 for 3 are not good odds.

Fits my HP desk jet 1000 series perfectly. printed out many booklets and still has not run out of ink. Good quality printing.

2nd purchase of this very item, they install easily, they fit and the output if just fine
