Jump started my old car with ease.Made sure the battery was fully charged. Three lights indicate battery charge - took about 4 hours to get it in peak condition, but so worth it.These types of rechargeable Batteries loose their charge over time, (much like my car battery that cost me 260 quid ten months ago) So, much like anything mechanical, or rechargeable, it requires maintenance and checks to keep it in peak condition.

The air compressor fills 30 psi in no time. Very pleased with the performance and quality of the unit for this price.

It’s a nice small and compact battery jumper, I’ve used it twice and both times failed to jump my 1.5L insignia, but tbf, the battery was so drained on the car the central locking wouldn’t even work, so it’s probably fair to say that a flat battery would probably start with this because it did nearly get it going!!

Bought this one over others because I trusted the AA brand and foolishly didn’t read the reviews first.First one arrived and as soon as I went to charge it the internal port snapped off and disconnected from the housing, falling away inside it, so it was impossible to actually charge the device at all. Returned for replacement.Second one arrived and was successfully used to start the car twice. After just one use it reported a depleted battery and the light wouldn’t work, but it was still able to provide the second jump. Put it on charge once home again and it reported a full charge within little more than an hour - which does not match what the instructions say about it requiring 4 hours of charge per start. Left it charging overnight so hopefully that is sufficient! But clearly no way to accurately know if it’s charged or empty as the indicators don’t match up to what is going on.Build quality really is a let down. I have serious doubts about the longevity of the device and am considering returning it for something more reliable. In theory it’s a neat little pack and the light and tyre inflators are both handy, but it doesn’t seem sturdy enough to be a lasting, reliable product.The charging hole on the second one looks off-centre and like the same thing as the first could happen at any time, and without an accurate reporting of the level of charge i am seriously doubting whether the device will remain operational a few months from now.Buy with caution.

I bout this thing after I had a flat battry. It cane next day delivery.I am very disappointed at the fact that this power did not jump start ANY of the cars I tried to jump start. The most it did was turn on the lights but just about it..I does not have enough power to actualy jump start anything. I cant comment on the pup side of it cause I have not used it..For this reason, I am returning this thing..Can someone explain how I return it?
