Based on the reviews I was prepared for a struggle to assemble but it came together rather easily. I did it myself and it took about an hour but most of that time was spent on the lights. Just lay out all the pieces so you know what you are working with.The tent did come inside out which I could see might be confusing. And the lights, like many have mentioned, are a bit of an ordeal to untangle. Just be glad you don't work in the star light factory and have to deal with them all day long.The tent came in a nice zippered bag and there were extra parts included.I didn't bother with the pineapple banner because it didn't go with the vibe I was going for. The only minor complaint I have is the ties to pull back the curtain are kind of short.I can't vouch for durability since it's only been assembled for about an hour but it is really pretty and fulfills my fairy tent fantasies from the movie The Holiday.

Amazing worth every penny got this for my princess who will turn 3 on oct 26 but we didnt get it for her bday we got it because she finally threw her paci in the trash which wasca huge deal....anyway im one of those ppl that will search for days to find the best product for the best price and i didnt want to pay over 35 for this tent because theres so many of the same one made by dif ppl anyway i wanted the big star lights too so this one is amazing super easy to put together it does have the big star lights be aware that some that show the big stars do not have them but this one does and its huge all 4 of my kids ranging from 10 months to 13 yrs fit in it laying as u see from the pics the poles to put it together are plastic so they cld break of rolled on or something but its awesome we have a huge playroom in our home and this tent looks so pretty we put it in the living room the one and ONLY downfall which isnt really an issue because i knew it didnt have padding but the bottom is the material im just saying it wld be much better with padding but you can buy a rug for this tent here on amazon over all if your looking for the best one at this price point look no further get it its beautiful

I was completely impressed with this.Positives: nice quality material (the roda are plastic, but a nice firm plastic), plenty large enough for my 1 1/2 yr old granddaughter (look at the pic... I was able to fit a doll highchair, cradle, and swing in there, and there’s still plenty of room for her to fit in, too), the lights can be solid or blink, are bright and sturdy (but, we needed to tape the battery pack together), and this set CAME with the lights, for the same price as similar tents without the lights, all pieces were here (and even some extras... just in case).The cons: the directions are just a couple of fuzzy pictures, but I figured it out, it takes awhile to put together, so putting it up and tearing it down often would be a pain, I took the time to iron the material-which was not easy-because it was really wrinkly (I did expect that after being rolled up in a carrying back), and the lights took a long time to untangle.

This tent is super cute. The lights are great. My niece is a little over one years old and she loves it. She walks in and out of it all day. It's very pretty and tall.However... those instructions were absolutely GARBAGE. I had to redo it like 3 times because of how unclear the instructions were. I even had to go back on amazon, look at the original photos, and then read some reviews to see if someone offered some useful advice in this area. They did. Thank you to everyone for your tips! But for the love of God, this company (Twinkle Star LLC?) needs to try and assemble it themselves, using only the instructions they provided and see how it goes. What did they have on there, like 3 blurry pictures with arrows? Throw those out and make a list with steps typed out by a) someone competent, and b) someone who has actually put a tent together themselves.I rest my case.This tent purchase is only worth it if you read reviews that tell you what to do first. But I would look at other tents. I do like that lights were included.

This is our 3rd princess tent in 1 year, so I'm really hoping this one lasts. The pieces seem very sturdy. The size of this one is so big....seems much bigger on the inside because we have been able to fit so many things inside and my daughter still has room to play. I love that we can pull the "curtains" back and tie them up and leave some undone for just an overall pretty appearance. The rug coming with this was the shining moment...my daughter was super excited. There are lights that you can hang inside, we chose not to, because there is no actual pocket or holder to hold the battery pack and our daughter will mess with it too much...prior experience. The pocket to hold that pack has been on a prior one that we had and if I had to say anything bad about this tent it would be that. Otherwise this is just a wonderful place for our daughter to have a quiet place to hang out. Really love it.

I bought this as a gift September 2018. I received this picture recently, now yr 2024, with a message, still using it! This did my heart good. I’m a guy who had a son, so I had no idea what to give a little girl for a gift. The 1st one went over so well, this is now, my go to gift for little ones. I’m only writing this review because it looks like I’m about to buy #4 now. Recommend highly.

Uses fairly weak plastic tubes. During the assembly I found the top too tight on the frame, and one of the frame tubes buckled. It is now kinked in the middle. Also, some of the lights included were not assembled properly and I had to take them apart and fix them. Follows the recent product pattern of using a 5V USB A plug for power to avoid UL or other regulatory listing or certification.Despite the build issues, the recipient loved it, insisting she be permitted to sleep in it. Also makes a nice place for nap time.

I love it its good quality , I was worried at first, even the led string lights were amazing , I highly recommend this product to all

Easy to assemble, perfect for my young ones.
