Telescopic Micro Spinning Combo - 5 Foot

Really nice combo. They're awesome with the kayak. The telescope feature makes it a pretty good deal for the price no longer have to struggle with all these rods on my kayak or even putting them in the car. Taking them apart saves a lot of time and energy and space Plan to buy a few more for the kids

Great fishing pole for beginners. Easy to use and won’t get tangled up like other fishing reels. Very compact ideal for traveling or leaving in your car or truck. Go out and catch some fish. Also first one I had broke and Zebco ended up replacing it great customer service.

This is a good rod/reel combo. I haven’t used a spin cast in almost 30 years. These days it’s mostly bait casters and spinning rods. It’s fun to fish with the Zebco once you get used to it. When this rod is in its travel configuration, it’s very short and fits nicely in my back pack. It’s comfortable to use and the grip is just long enough. The reel is a great value. The rod is pretty good, but the very last section has no backbone at all. I’ve caught small pan fish on this rod and it’s a heck of a fight. Great rod to have in the truck for those “emergency” fishing trips.

Would be even better if I knew how to catch a fish! It sets up easily and works great. My kid is just too loud and scares all the fish away. I’ve been fishing around NV,CA and AZ for 15 years and still have only caught one bass in all this time. I wish I only had to pay for a fishing license when I actually catch one.

This little fishing rod and reel is amazing for impromptu fishing, or while camping! No issues so far with it and have used it dozens of times already. I plan on buying another to keep with my SHTF gear since it's so compact and reliable; and keeping this one with my normal fishing gear. The perfect sidekick pole for using two poles during the normal fishing seasons. Have always loved Zebco's products, and even though I MUCH prefer the older products before they changed manufacturing and sourcing materials, the newer ones still match up with the big brands. BTW, if you're a history buff, you'll love looking into the history of Zebco from their inception.

Well, my teenage son managed to break the top segment off this rod almost right away. He has several rods and this is the only one he's managed to break. Figuring we'd cut our losses, we put the reel on another rod, but the reel has been a constant pain in the rear. The line catches, the reel grinds, and the cover keeps flying off. I'm open to the idea this may be operator error in some way, but again, we have several rods/reels that see frequent use, and none of them behaves this way. My father bought my son a more expensive reel by Zebco, and it's smooth as silk. I'd say this one is the you-get-what-you-pay-for version.

Really good reel and rod a lot of people says it’s bad but it’s really good the only thing is that the line is to small so it’s best to change it to a better one and the first cast the line did tangled but fixed it and never happened again there was no missing parts I have plenty of rods I’m just using this for bass and walleye and trout I recommend it to anyone that’s going for those type of species

Fell apart first outing

I have used for the first 2 days of fishing season here in Ireland on the local river . It was flawless . The only gripe i have is the 10lb line it came with . It had to be stretched for a few hours to get rid of the memory + twists . With that done it is now a perfect take anywhere setup that doesn't take up much space and casts well

Die Rute an sich ist ok aber die Rolle ist Mist. Es fängt mit der Lagerung an und hört bei den Mitnehmern auf. Diese beschädigen, nach 10x Auswerfen, die Schnur so extrem, sodass ein Abriss vorprogrammiert ist. Lieber eine stationäre Rolle nutzen!
