Firstly, these don't come with cleats. I paid a tenner for a pair on Amazon, they were very easy to fit. The shoes fit well on the gym spinning bikes. I like the straps since they're easy to get on and off. My only complaint really is that they look/feel a bit cheap. They are plastic after all I suppose.

Great shoe but order one size larger.

Good shoe. Good fit. Gives good solid support. It's solid and easy to clean. You can walk with the cleats fitted on most surfaces. The grips let you pedal normal none clip pedals easily as well as working just fine with clipless pedals. Would give it 5 stars but haven't had them long enought to see if they last a decent amount of time.

I should have ordered a size 11 0r maybe 12. I read the reviews and as a lot of people have motioned, they are the wrong size. I'm a size 9 so ordered a size 9.5. Way too tight!! Also they have removeable cleats but are definitely not made for mountain bikes with flat pedals. The soles are hard (very hard) rubber/plastic. I never used them and even I could see them slipping even though I have pins on my pedals. They should change the description for MTB users and are only suitable for those who have clip in pedals.
