Recently, I was at a friend’s house and she had 2 of these knives. I used them in preparing food there and was surprised how sharp and efficient they cut. I ordered 2 for myself and they keep their sharpness and the price was right!

Very sharp & love the color.

I did not have high expectations for this knife because of the plastic handle. But because it got good reviews on some food sites, I thought i would give it a try for the price. Best pairing knife I’ve ever had. The blade is amazing and I’ve been using it awhile, every day if not more, and it’s still sharp. Excellent.

Love the knife it’s very sharp but do NOT put this in the dishwasher or it can get knocked around

The first impression of this knife is that it's so pretty, and I still think that. However, after about half a month of regular use, the rainbow finish is starting to rub off. Now, I do toss it in the dishwasher to clean so that is probably contributing but I have another one of these with a polka dot finish and that one took years to start to rub off. I also think it has more to do with the case than the dishwasher since it's rubbing off in straight lines right where the case pinches in to hold onto the knife. That said, the knife itself is awesome and works as well as the older one I have and seems to be holding it's edge nicely. Overall I'm happy but if you're really attached to the rainbow finish and you're not willing to baby the knife, I'd skip it.

Kuhn shouldn't make any other color. This is the sexiest knife ever!! But naming it the unicorn color throws it off. Theres no way I would have known about this if i Amazon didnt have all the color options.

I am a bartender and use this knife daily to cut fruit!!!
