Awesome response and durability
In my Volcano on 2s and it really showed a big improvement over the stock esc. Then I got the program card for it, and it opened up a new world of speed, braking and overall, I noticed a better control of the truck when racing hard on loose dirt and sand. The response is phenomenal.

Wish they blinked
This is a great ESC for stock-class racing: 13.5t and above. It's compact and lightweight, and comes with quality wires and components. Might be nice if the capacitors were built-in to the case, but it's not hard to find a place to stick them. Very handy that you can change settings directly, without a programming card.Unfortunately, even though they do have a zero-timing mode and come set this way by default, they don't blink, and they aren't actually ROAR approved. I'm certain they would pass if they were submitted for approval, but I bet Hobbywing hasn't tried to submit them, so that you have to buy one of the more expensive Xeruns. Regardless, I doubt any local club will care, as long as you bring the manual and can show them it's set to zero-timing.Wish the BEC was a little stronger. It hasn't yet browned-out my receiver, even with some extra fans installed. But it's stuck at 6.0v, and many servos now can run at 7.4. They've updated the 120A model with a more powerful BEC; here's hoping they do the same for this one.

Excellent hobby grade crawler esc
I put this in my 3d printed rc crawler paired with a 910kv 3536 motor and 1100mah 3s battery. I tried a couple ESCs before hand but I was unfamiliar with the hobby and finally landed on this one to achieve reverse motor functionality. It works great and doesn't get hot at all unlike the 30 and 40 amp unbanded ones I tried.

Perfect For My Short Course Truck
Works as it should and would recommend this item for any R/C vehicle.

Nice inexpensive choice
I have these in 120a and 60 amp. Fan died in the 120a after 3 months of hard use. Fans are cheap and always die it seems. 120 seems fine for my drag slash conversion. This esc rescued a cheap motor combo I bought. It clogged like crazy but with this ESC that motor kicks butt even in unsensored mode. The 60a does great in my Traxxas Fiesta Rally, and also in my Wendigo.

good for wltoys 144001 series
I first tried the 10bl120 ESC and I was getting a few car runaway events. not sure why. could have been my wire routing (hard to do well with such thick wires from the factory). could have been my battery was not strong enough. I tried all the settings that might affect things. just had to give up on that one.this one is the step down, the 80a version. slightly smaller and still sensor-capable. I want to use it in sensor mode. using stock pinion (which is too 'hard' for most motors and they 'cog') but this works just great. no cogging at all and really smooth and fast accel.I still think the factory wires are too big just for show. they could be half that size and still be fine.receiver is ELRS radiomaster, which seems to work ok (just be careful to pick the right fw when you flash it). for control I use aircraft stick remote tx (radiomaster tx16s). never liked the pistol remote style. Good Bang for Buck
The media could not be loaded. Super simple to setup. Good length on the wires. Functional right out of the box. Soldering is involved so keep that in mind when purchasing. Make sure to buy a sensored motor to take full advantage of it’s capabilities.
