I liked it so much even my neighbors were asking me to buy two more for their homes which I did. Everyone says it's a good sturdy mailbox with a high security key that even I can't pick and I've done professional locksmithing.

This is just what I wanted. Not easy to install. The grommets were mostly impossible to push into the holes for them. The handle for the mail carrier had the tiniest screws and were hard to get to. I like the lock, which is pick proof. The box is very heavy, which is good for security, but difficult to mount. I put a table against the wall and piled books until I got it in the right place. Also, the masonry bit was too small to make holes to accommodate the anchors. The anchors are ridiculously large. I had to redrill the holes with a larger bit after piloting the holes with the bit provided. Other than that, it is a wonderful mailbox!

Good size! Easy to install. We are a tire and automotive shop so it works great outside the front doors for customers to drop the keys in after hours. Our previous one we’d had for nearly 30 years and the bottom of it was sort of welded together. Someone decided to punch in the bottom of the old drop box and attempt to steal a set of keys out of it one weekend, which they were unsuccessful. This box we ordered is completely secure and we are very happy with it.

Lock box is nice and will work for what we need it to do. The only reason we didn't give it a 5 star rating is because it didn't appear to be brand new. Had some scratches on it and dirty grease finger prints all over it. Appears it was maybe purchased, sent to a customer who didn't want it, they returned it, then the seller repacked and shipped it to us without cleaning or looking to see if it still looked in brand new condition. This is the first time I have purchased a product on Amazon that I thought was suppose to be brand new and looked used out of the box. Other than that no complaints, like I said, it is made of steel and all the components seemed to work as intended.

I love my mailbox I use it for students to drop off items when I might not be in my classroom. But some how I have lost my key! I need a new one! How do I contact the company?

Sturdy heavy duty steel mailbox. Exterior paint/coating well done and even. Well made. Easy instructions for mounting and comes with a concrete drill bit if you are mounting on brick. Easy lock operation and three keys provided. Only recommendation would be to have larger rubber bumpers that go between mailbox and house to allow air flow and small debris to pass thru and not get caught between the back of the box and house.

The media could not be loaded. I would give this mailbox 4.5 stars; however, that's not an option, so rounded up, it's a solid 5 stars. This mailbox is sturdy, very easy to install, and it has held up well over the past few seasons. I purchased it because when I'm traveling, I wanted to secure my mail and allow an appointed person to access it without the worry of mail theft.The only reason I'm deducting 0.5 stars is that I wish the mailbox was slightly wider or, should I say, deeper—perhaps an extra inch or two. The reason for this is that when the Postman puts the mail inside, it can sometimes get stuck due to the angle at which it falls down. Maybe the mail hatch could be at the top instead. This hasn't been a significant issue, as the Postman is skilled at jamming things in, but with magazines and larger mail, it can be a bit tricky.Overall, it's been a great and secure addition to my home.

This thing is incredibly sturdy and looks quite cute. It’s a great solution for secure pre-document-disposal storage in a tiny WFH office.

I couldn’t be happier with this purchase, industrial grade construction, very good locks. The mailbox came with all the screws, washers and drill bits required to install....could be used as a wall safe too, which. High recommended.
