It is value for money, easy setup and good amount of features for exercise with tracker.

I love the settings from beginner to someone that works out for hours.

I'm guessing if you're reading reviews you've probably already looked at an overwhelming number of ellipticals online. There are so many to choose from and it makes it impossible to decide. I kept going back and forth between this one and a few other models, but decided to go with this one.I needed something that was low to the ground - a lot of ellipticals require an additional 12" - 15" of ceiling height on top of your height and nobody wants to be banging their head again the ceiling for a workout. I have an Exerpeutic folding bike as well which is now 7 years old and in perfect working condition, so I figured this was probably going to be a fairly high quality machine; and it definitely is. Assembly is a bit daunting, took about 3-4 hours to go through step by step and assemble the machine piece by piece. It's solid and built strong; and don't worry about all the plastic pieces you take out of the box - those are simply covers that go over the machine to hide some of the hardware.For the good - as long as you tighten everything during assembly, the machine is completely silent while in use. The console will 'beep' while you're in a program, but otherwise, I have yet to hear any squeaking, grinding or any other sounds that would make me question this elliptical. Workout wise, it's a great machine that will work your whole body. I was amazed at how sweaty and tired I was after 30-60 mins on it.For the okay - 13" stride works just fine. If you have higher ceilings and have the footprint for a larger machine, I would go for something more 'gym quality' at 18-20". The console is backlit which is nice, but feels kind of cheap - reminds me of one of those Tiger Electronics Games from the 90's. I know this isn't a top of the line elliptical but in 2021 could we get something more high tech? However, you get access to MyCloudFitness which allows you to set and control your machine directly through your tablet or phone - that was a big plus.For the bad - I honestly don't have much to say about the machine being bad. Since it needs to be plugged in, it would have been nice for a USB port for charging devices, and it would have been great to have a higher quality / larger console and built in fan (maybe in a future model). But ultimately this machine does the job and I'm hoping to get a lot of use out of it after having 2 completely unreliable treadmills the last few years!

Seems to be a well-built solid machine. Definitely gets your heart rate up.

It was missing a piece but Amazon was super helpful.It wasn’t easy to put together but it may be for someone with more experience

Was very pleased at first. The first 50 or so miles was great, whisper quite…. But then the squeaking started and screws start to loosen (from the preassembled parts). Then more squeaking starts, now from inside the wheel assembly, that’s difficult to access to address issue. But wait, now the catching has started. On the right side pedal you can now feel a chatch as you reach the bottom of your stride. It is usable and use it daily but don’t feel it is worth the cost. Have nothing to compare it to but hope there is something better out there for the cost.

I was looking for a bluetooth-enabled elliptical trainer because I wanted to pass on my training data to Google Fit. This trainer does exactly that with the free mycloudfitness app. You can also start your training through the app (decide duration and workout type, then push "Start" from the app). I have been very happily using it for the first two months. Then some sort of failure happened to the console, which prevented me from doing the workouts. I then wrote customer service, and explained my issue, showing screenshots and videos. They promptly diagnosed the issue, and sent me a replacement console. I was thankful for that, too because I was afraid I would need to pack the whole trainer and send it to them. They didn't even ask me to send them the faulty part. I received the new console the following week (I am in Canada). After installing it, I am now able to happily do my trainings again.

Save ur money. This company really screws u. When we got the elliptical, there were pieces missing. After 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of the company to explain everything, they finally shipped out the missing parts. We just got them and they don’t even fit with the machine... Called amazon to get them to pay for the return as well as a refund of the money we spent on the person to put the machine together. Amazon is a greedy company and so are the people who sold us the defective machine.

Easy to put together and overall a great product

It took 3 hours to put this machine together and when we finally got all the pieces together it didn’t work, and the worst part was nobody knew what the problem was but the worst problem was we had to take it all apart again in order to get my refund.. this was almost a days worth of work for a garbage machine!
