Really good quality, stylish weighted vest
This is a really well made beautiful product. Unfortunately I opted for the small size when I should probable have gone for the medium. It arrived from Holland (I think) so rather than return it - it is pretty heavy - I ordered more shock cord and replaced the side laces. This worked perfectly and if I ever lose enough weight I can always put the original final laces back again. It fits snugly and is very comfortable to wear. For me it’s much better than wearing a back pack because of how closely it fits my body and it doesn’t move around. It was quite expensive but it’s very well made and it’s what I was needing so it’s worth it.I’m still building up on the number of weights I’m adding to it but it’s good. The best part of exercising with it is taking it off is so I’m sure it’s doing what it’s meant to.

Quality exercise
I’ve had the Pro for over 5 years. Bought this for my wife. Vest is well made, robust and fits on snug with no movement - ie able to carry out running, walking, circuits etc without it being a hindrance. Often use walking in the hills which gives a good workout

You only get half the advertised weight
Vest is fine but the medium vest is advertised as 20lbs but only weighs 10lbs

Feel cheated - empty pockets
I'm a little confused by what you receive: My large vest arrived with 65 of 76 pockets filled ie11 empty (3L, 3R, 5rear - ie the entire top row...since 65 pockets * 2.3oz = 149.5oz or 9.34375 pounds it appears I have been shorted by the 4 or 5 weights...10pounds = 160 oz /2.3 = 69.565

A weight vest you can move in!
Vest fits really well since the weight is spread around the body. My Large can hold up to 20lbs (10kg) which isn't a lot compared to other vests but for its functionality is more than enough to make training more challenging

Distributes weight evenly
I wore the vest for first time on two mile walk. I was surprised how even the weights were. I could tell the weight bearing was significant because nothing hurt or felt out of place at the end of the walk except that I felt like I had one helluva workout. I wear the vest on the advice of my Osteo Doctor as I have Osteopenia and I want to slow down the progression. There's no doubt this vest will help greatly. The vest can be worn under your clothing. It can fit as snugly as you'd like. I recommend wearing a tank top under the vest to prevent any chafing that may occur.

Design causes arm pit pain
The pattern cut (I sew) should be cut as a smooth curve at the front of the arm pit area, not come to a point at the top front. It pokes into the skin — even through a shirt — PAINFULLY, like sandpaper. In addition, the neckline should be cut wider around the whole neck in order to avoid the collar bones. The shoulders should have gel pads, or at least they should make optional gel pad inserts for the shoulders. The weight hangs painfully on the shoulders AND rubs painfully on the collarbones like sandpaper, even through a shirt.A larger size would be too long and rub on my hips, like the men’s vest I was using. The weights are nicely distributed and well balanced. This vest would be perfect with a few tweaks in the design.
