very nice cabinet for the money
This complaints that the doors weren't the same size, the holes were drilled in the wrong place, and the doors hung uneven wasn't the case with our cabinet. It was very well packed, the finish was very nice, there were no nicks or chips, and it's fairly easy to assemble with the following caveats. #1 is Patience. I recommend you glue all the wooden dowel rods with an adequate (a small amount oozes out) amount of "liquid nails" (immediately wipe off the excess with small sections of a paper towel and immediately dispose of them to prevent a mess) from a hand held tube found in any hardware/home store and let them dry overnight. Don't use the anchors that come with the cabinet, I have pictured anchors that won't come out of dry wall unless you were planning on sitting on the cabinet. I added 2 additional brackets (pictured) towards the bottom to stabilize the cabinet. These brackets have white plastic sleeves that slide over them to give them a professional appearance, and are barely noticeable. (Amazon). When installing the doors, don't tighten down the screws until they're all in and then go around the tighten the screws adjusting the doors as you go so they hang straight. If you simply tighten them as you go without being careful that they hang straight, they won't! And you're working with particle board, so in general, don't over tighten the screws, easy to strip. If you install extra brackets like I did, drill out the holes, you can't just install screws without drilling the holes out first. The screws that attach the back panels stick out, so if you slide it around when hanging it on the wall, you'll damage you'll scratch and gouge your dry wall, it takes 2 people, mark your holes from the cabinet, not the template supplied, put in your anchors and then hang it. As you can see, the cabinet is very attractive, the doors hang straight, and it holds plenty of oversized toilet paper, the sole purpose for this cabinet. It's a delicate piece, it won't take a lot of abuse, and it's not for storing a heavy load. If you think you're going to throw it together in an hour and put it up, don't buy it. If you take your time, glue and dry, pay attention as you're putting on the doors, carefully mark your wall holes and use good anchors, you will be very pleased with your purchase. We love it. Sorry for the sideways pictures but you get the point.

Nice looking cabinet with only minor imperfections
This is just what I needed to add some extra storage space to my bathroom. It looks great. So good, in fact, that my wife actually though it was already there as part of the house. It holds everything I need it to with even some room for a little more. The instructions were pretty clear and offered good pictures. There are a lot of pieces and steps, so it took me a full 2 hours to unpack, assemble, and hang, and that's using a power drill. (I saw that one of the top reviews mentioned it took them 15 minutes -- get real. Only if you've already assembled it before and you're doing a speed-run. Don't expect to do it in under 45 minutes at least). Some of the reviews mentioned a concern about the whole thing only being attached to the wall by two screws, and having to add extra hardware. I screwed mine straight into drywall with the anchors (no studs) and I did not add ANY extra hardware. The thing to realize is that these plastic drywall anchors (which are included) are SUPER strong. They grip deeply into the wall and you'd have to really overload this thing with some heavy weight for it to fall and even then, the wood would probably break off and leave the screws attached to the wall. I've used these same type of drywall anchors to mount heavy mirrors in my home -- they do what they're meant to do. I really wouldn't worry about it falling -- it seems very robust with these anchors. Having said all that, you can see from my pictures that there's some very slight asymmetry in the cabinet doors, which is not a big deal but it's noticeable if I'm looking right at it. Also, I wish they included a couple stickers to cover up the cam locks which are clearly visible on the exposed bottom shelf. Other than those two things, it's perfect and I would definitely purchase it again.

Easy Assembly, Great for Small Bathrooms
I recently assembled and installed this RiverRidge Somerset wall cabinet. Putting it together was quite straightforward and didn't take too long, which I appreciated. Its design and size make it genuinely well-suited for smaller bathrooms like mine, offering needed storage without taking up valuable floor space. It helps keep things tidy. My only reservation is regarding its potential load-bearing capacity. It feels like it's best for storing lighter items such as toiletries, hand towels, or extra toilet paper, rather than very heavy bottles or objects. So, keep that limitation in mind. Overall, it's a decent cabinet that's easy to assemble and fits well in compact spaces, just be cautious about the weight you put in it.

Great product
Looks great! My husband didn't love putting it together, but wasn't too bad. Only complaint is the doors look like they do t line up perfectly but it's not a huge notice in my opinion. Works perfect for my needs and matched my colors perfect.

Amazing product
This is a well-made cabinet that feels very solid. I'm not positive, but I think it's real wood or at least better-made particle board than some Swedish products. Assembly instructions were almost perfect: I liked how the bags of hardware were labeled to match the pictures in the instructions. There were written instructions, but in some places they were difficult to understand. The beginning and end of the instructions were a breeze to get through and were well-done. However, the middle section could use a bit of work; there was too much to do in one set of instructions, and the pictures could have been clearer. I also liked that one of the first things I pulled from the package was a note with a new pack of screws stating that the other screws weren't sized appropriately so the manufacturer included a new, better-sized pack of screws. That tells me the company either listens to customer feedback or is constantly looking to improve their products (or both!). I had some issues with installing the cabinet, but they were my own fault: I'm writing about it here in the hopes that some future customer will see this and not make the same mistake I did. To start, the cabinet includes two screws and matching drywall anchor screws (essentially, you screw the anchor into the wall, then screw in the machine screws). Marking the wall for the holes was a breeze with the included template: I wish more manufacturers would do this! My one hang up (no pun intended) was that I couldn't find a weight rating for the anchors; I have metal ones that are rated up to 50lbs and should have used those. As a result, I went with toggle bolts, which was a bad move. I opted to hang this cabinet without help, and it's hanging over my toilet so it took quite a bit of acrobatics to squeeze my (admittedly small) hands behind the cabinet to squeeze shut the toggle bolts so they would fit in the holes I drilled. Then one of the anchors decided to spin like crazy instead of locking into the drywall like the first one. I think the included anchors should be sufficient because you can't exactly store a ton of stuff in this cabinet anyway, but if you're worried, get the metal drywall screw anchors or screw it into a stud; don't use toggle bolts. Overall, I'm very happy with this product. Also, I recall someone asking if the mounting holes drilled in the cabinet are spaced 16" apart for screwing into studs. They're not: they're 12.5" apart.

A great Value and Easy to assemble
So first of all, you DO need to assemble this, but I have had to assemble stuff in the past and I have to say that this was actually fun (!) to put together because everything was well-labelled, good drawings and every "connecting" part (screws, wood dowels, channel locks, screws) that was supposed to be there was nicely separated into their own small ziploc bags with letters on the bag so you couldn't make a mistake. The separate pieces of the unit were also well identified with small stickers that were numbered and were easy to peel off. Most of the number stickers were not necessary to remove as they were placed in areas where they would eventually be hidden. It took about 1:30 hrs. I began by laying down a sheet on the floor (don't have a bench) and laying everything out in order to make sure I had all parts. From then on, I really only needed a medium Phillips head screwdriver and a medium flat head, plus a drill for the rear screws to put on the back plates. No drill was needed until those last two steps. As far as the unit itself, it is a very nice satin white finish, no nicks, scratches or dents (I hope yours arrives as clean as this, but it should as it was packaged nicely with styrofoam outer shells and also bags. Unless your shipper smashes it, it'll be fine.) The unit is not very heavy, but it took two guys to hang it in the end as you have to drill two screws into sink anchors so one had to hold the unit while the other operated the drill. The guy that helped me said the supplied sink anchors were more lightweight than what he uses so we went with his heavier duty ones, but that's not to say the supplied ones would be adequate. All in all, we are very satisfied and kept the company's info in case we need other stuff they may make! PS The doors are hanging perfectly even! Most of these cabinets are uneven.

Bad craftsmanship
The holes for the hinges were drilled in the incorrect location...opposite side. I was able to place them in the correct place with little frustration. Also, one of the screw heads to attach the back came completely off the screw. I did get everything assembled and it looks great on the wall. Just a little frustrated regarding the craftsmanship.

perfect over the toilet cabinet
It came packaged well, was very easy to assemble and even came with a screw guide ruler, to make sure you get perfect install from first try. Doors are hard to line up perfectly, but they are close enough, that its not really noticeable. Very good solid built, once finished, and surprisingly light. Definitely worth the money, adds valuable space in a small bathroom, looks clean and does not intrude into space, because of the shallow depth. I used a more heavy duty anchor (70lb capacity from homedepot), just to make sure it will never come down.

Excellent quality
I finally put this up yesterday and I was surprised by the quality of the cabinet. It did not feel cheap like other ones I was looking at. In addition, I was expecting the backing to be cardboard that you nail in, but this was not the case. It was with 3 panels that you screw in. I did not have any problems with bubbling, paint missing, or the doors not lining up. Sure, the holes were slightly off for the backing and required a bit of effort for screwing in, but really nothing major. I accidentally banged the cabinet door and it scratched, but it was a pretty large whack which left minimal damage that you can barely see. It did take time to build, but the instructions were pretty straightforward and extra screws were provided. This cabinet is being used in our bathroom for extra storage. Highly recommend.

I spent about an hour putting it together and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the quality was
Loving my new cabinet! I spent about an hour putting it together and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the quality was. It went together easily and there were no issues with any of the parts. The cabinet doors hang perfectly level and the paint is even with no marks. I am only giving it four stars because I am very annoyed that they don't include white cam lock covers for at least the cam locks that are clearly visible in the open shelf area (still searching for some to purchase as it looks unfinished to just leave them uncovered).
