I have an 8 yr old special needs child with a heart condition. I bought this for him to monitor his BP, heart rate, and oxygen saturation. I did not expect the accuracy of his medical equipment but thought it would be sufficient to get a rough idea of if he was in distress during the day when he was not connected to his medical monitor due to being up and moving around. We had an instance where his oxygen tank ran out and his o2 saturation dipped to 76 according to his medical monitor and his heart rate increased to 138. The fitness tracker showed during this episode that his heart rate was 87 and his O2 saturation was 98, which indicated that there was no problem at all. It did not accurately monitor his sleep cycles at all and showed him to have slept through the night when he was up and awake 6 times. If you want a tracker that gives nothing but false information, then this is the one for you. Oh... it did fit his small wrist. PURE JUNK

It would be great if it worked and was better quality. My kid wore it for a day before it broke im the exact same place as another reviewer's photo shows. The app will not find the device. It found every other smart device, including my neighbor's smart speaker, my fitbit, and my smart scale. But it can't find the device it was intended for after following the directions perfectly and doing some common troubleshooting like Uninstaller and reinstalling the app, restarting my device, etc. I'm returning it and buying another fitbit for my kid.

Update Jun, 2021 (6 months after use):Still running nice and love the clip on charger instead of plugging the watch to an usb port. Easy enough for the kiddo to operate all by herself.Review Jan,2021Fits perfectly for my 5 yr old. Easy to use and setup. Make sure you download the JYouPro and not the JYou app or your data and time won't sync. Not sure why the link for customer support is not reachable for me on AMZ. So far we love the watch.

After about a month the watch would have seizures while charging. And would not work when off charger. I contacted the the seller. They had me send them pictures and videos multiple times and they came back to let me know it had water damage. After that the emails stopped. They would no longer respond to any further emails while while I tried to send the watch backfor an exchange or refund. My kid did live it while it worked and really wants another one. I would recommend a different brand.

linked it to a phone when first got it. It was never de-linked from the app and phone was formatted. I've been going around in circles trying to reset the device and re-link again for my kid and just won't work.It won't pick up the watch in the bluetooth so it's pretty much useless at this point. Can't even get the watch to display the correct time and date without re-linking it.Guess you get what you pay for.

I feel like the product was very cheap made, however for the price I guess that is too be expected. My biggest complaint is that I bought two of these, one for each child and when trying to connect them to a device it would only allow 1 device at a time, which is useless for me. Plus the items are in metric and not understood.

I got this for my niece for her 7th birthday and I took it out of the box to charge it before giving it to her and it’s obviously been used and returned because the sensor on the underside is all scratched up and there was no film to peel off like the directions in the booklet indicated. I’m upset that I was sent a used/refurbished item.

Charger broke, unable to access tech support . Granddaughter loved it but a month in can’t use because it cannot be charged

I bought this for my daughter (6) and she loves the sophistication of this watch - a step up from her younger smart watch. Her older brother (8) has a ‘hand-me-down’ leading adult brand and he is now envious of this watch. I was very impressed with the quality of the packaging and the battery duration between charges. My daughter loves all the features including the stop watch and setting herself reminders. It is the perfect watch for the age group and up. I might have to add one to my son’s Santa list.

My 5 year old loves it. Likes that the face changes, fairly accurate for tracking sleep. The only really irritating thing is when the batter dies and you charge it, the time is incorrect. I'm not sure if it stops on the time the battery dies or what but it is never correct when re charged and I keep forgetting so he wears it to school and its on the wrong time! 🙈 So just a heads up, you will need to open the app and link with the watch everytime you charge it to re set the time, which it does automatically through the app which is a plus at least.

I try not to write it with anger because I just spent an hour trying to connect it. The battery went flat and the time went wrong I try to get the time correct. It doesn't work. Never contact.Not to say the watch frame was broke in the first week, my son is 7 years old, he is more of a indoor person.The look is good, we both liked it, but I think for a fit bend should the app is just as important as the look?Now it's in the bin, I don't want to waste any more time trying to fix it. Very disappointed, we have had it less then a month.

My 8 year old daughter loves this watch. It’s colourful and fun.It was purchased after a different watch she has stopped working after a week. I’m glad to say this one is still going after a month.I’m not sure how accurate the step counter is, but it definitely keeps her moving so I’m not that concerned.One thing to note is the charger for this watch is completely different to any other device I have. Therefore I’m not sure what happens if that stops working.Thankfully, it’s fine at the moment and long may it continue! 👍🏼

Got this for my daughters 7th birthday and she loves itApp was easy to install and, dare I say it, syncs better than my fitbitThe main reason I got this (apart from to allow my daughter to tell the time) is because she has asthma and when she gets the cold her oxygen levels can drop. With this watch I can monitor her through the night without forcing her to put on an oximeter.I am very pleased with this purchase
