It has been months since I bought these. Sturdy. Nice width and depth. Easy enough to put together. Easily holds up to someone 250 pounds.

If I needed more than 2 of these I would buy them again. I previously bought a chair and table outdoor set, and still have the table but the chairs fell apart. Got these chairs as replacements and love them!

This product is well made and sturdy. They were easy to assemble, just remember not to tighten all the screws until you have completed construction. We are happy with them and would order again

Firstly and most importantly - customer service was an A++.Now the reason I only gave a 3 star rating is because the first chair assembled quickly and easily - looks great and is comfortable! However the second chair was an issue. One screw when tightened (connecting the seat to the back) went right through the hole so wouldnt properly tighten. And the second screw also connecting the seat to the back wouldnt go in like at all. Half the scew stuck out no matter how hard we tried to tighten to the point that we then stripped the screw. This made the second chair not useable and therefore essentially paid $140 for one chair.Heres the kicker though - I initially was going to return but then decided to disassemble, repackage and pay for postage... just wasnt worth it. Then the company reached out asking my reason for wanting to return and when I explained everything, they refunded me for one of the chairs! It was their idea too - I didnt even ask, I initially only had said I decided not to return etc.SO long story short, I think the product is very nice - we just unfortunatly had a hiccup with our order that I dont anticipate everyone will encounter

Very aggravating having to put these chairs together. Not sure if these chairs will last for many years. Plus they came dirty. Had to clean the legs before assembling and the first chair is already ripped. Not exactly happy. I bought six, hope the rest aren't ripped too. Bali should check their items more carefully before shipping them out.

Assembling these chairs was an unpleasant experience. The screws are in such tight spaces that the supplied hex wrench can be turned only a quarter-turn at a time before having to remove and reinsert it. So it took quite a while to put them together. Once done, they are heavy and sturdy, and the wicker seat and back are comfortable. But the armrests are bare, hard rectangular metal. The metal is cold in cool weather, and probably hot in warm weather. The edges are sharp, so it's unpleasant to rest bare arms on them. These are a good value overall, but I found two other brands that have more comfortable armrests.
