The fact that I could catch big fish without using a shockleader was very useful. Changing the lure was very convenient, and I no longer needed to tie a knot which maximized the casting distance. I also felt like the catch rate increased. I recommend this product and will use again!

if you like crab snare fishing with 10+ounce heavy snares then this product is for you i bought tackle after snapping and losing three crab snares in one night and these simple but great idea i take my hat off to whoever invented this product cause it fixed my problem of casting heavy snares no more of the dreaded sound like a bull whip cracking and another snare shooting into the surf they are not cheap but worth every penny

Took these on a 2.5 day tuna fishing trip about a week ago hoping to test them, daing it!!!! Forgot I had them in my tackle pack. I will try them on my next fishing trip coming up in a few days.

A good concept and I think it would work but I bought the wrong size. Gave it a five star because I do believe it would work if I were fishing for smaller fish.
