I've used a couple of different NMN products so far, and have been kind of self-testing to see whether there's any difference.The first test was with another make, and I wasn't certain if it was the product that caused changes or if it was just my attitude towards life in general and just needing to get on and make the best of it (a more positive attitude).After a couple of months of the initial product, I lost the 12lbs I'd put on during lockdown, felt like exercising and felt better about myself, maybe a bit more energy.To test whether it was a result of the capsules or just reaching a point I needed to change, I stopped taking them for a couple of months. In that time, I lost the impetus to go out running, I stayed at the end weight I'd reached after the first dose, and started feeling a bit down.This reversed when I started this product. I have started walking and running again, feel more able to cope and have started losing weight (slowly) again. I don't know about reversing aging or stopping aging, but they make me feel better and more positive and I am looking after myself better generally. So, I will continue.The only downside was with the actual advert itself, which (when I purchased it) said '4 bottles' and only had '2 bottles' in brackets at the end of the description, which I didn't see because it didn't show. It seems that that has now been corrected, so all good now.

I bought this due to my insomnia that's related to my ADHD Hoping this will help me out but it's another false claiming supplement still suffering from insomnia, low energy etc it also claims to improve memory etc which is also false didn't see any difference just avoid it and spend on money on other things as this is literally waste of cash.I've been offered a Gift card of £15 from the seller to take down my negative review, very bad practice and my review stands as it is, also my previous edit was taken down hopefully this won't be taken down!

Good value for what you get, I personally haven't really noticed much of a difference in anything, but if David Sinclair says it'll make me live longer then I'm about it fam. Tryna live to be 1000 up in here.

I have been using NMN for more than two years already, as part of a system of supplements aimed at delaying aging process. Being one of many supplements in use, it is hard to attribute any particular effect to NMN, but the entire complex (NMN, Catalase, A-lipoic acid, fish oil, and daily multivitamin) definitely resulted in younger looks compared to peers.

Love this product. NMN is a precursor to NAD. The fountain of youth from my reading. This product is well priced and high quality. I stand by this and feel that anyone who wants NMN will not find anything better!

Easy to take, no trouble swallowing and no after taste. Hoping to see benefits soon.
