Saw these used on the Food Network program Good Eats (Alton Brown). Used in a tandoor oven @ temps > 1,000F. Stood up to the heat no problem, came clean quickly.These steel skewers are big, thick and sharp. Great quality. Great grandkids will probably be using them still in the year 2085.Seller was very accommodating as well. I needed them within a week (not Prime eligible) and they got them to me at no extra charge.All expectations met or exceeded on this purchase/product.

Pro quality.
No more food spinning on skewers, the size and leverage pulls food off of sticky grills, perfect skewers every time. They were too long for my grill, so I just cut them down and ground a new tip. No rusting in the DW, these will last a lifetime.
