Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews! Gets better with use!
Takeaway: seem sketchy at first, but with some use they become pretty awesome!Note: these aren’t fabric paint markers. If you are looking for something that will be opaque over a pattern or dark material, these ain’t it. These are definitely more marker-like than paint like, so I would use on a lighter colored fabric.First impressions: most were dry, most markers had different colors on each end, and actual colors don’t match the capsAfter about 1-2 minute of use of each marker: colors balanced out well (I.e. they seemed to be different colors on each end but with use became a much better color match) and the markers that initially seemed very dry vastly improved in color payoff/flow of color. In my one photo, you can see how the very dry dark green marker became much more pigmented and vibrant. In my other photo, you can see how the thin green lines I made initially using a marker eventually became a much lighter green, better matching the color that came out the other end.So, I think that while they seem sketchy at first, with some use the color flows much better and the variation in the colors improves. I also didn’t have any problem with colors bleeding; I used these markers on white 100% cotton woven fabric that I pre washed. Great value for money!Update: in total, I had 4 markers that each had one side that was too dry to use after some working with them. I heat set with an iron and it seems to have worked so far. I would agree that there could be more vibrant purples and light blue, but otherwise the colors (after some working) all seem to be pretty distinct and blendable.

The Little Engines that Could...
When I first received these I was completely satisfied with the value (eg- cost vs. quantity/quality) of the products as they (on the surface) appeared to be decently constructed in that none of the markers were broken/leaking, or missing and the variety of colors was excellent. I honestly did not expect these to last very long as the markers themselves are a touch thicker than a standard pencil and about the same length, but never the less I had some projects that required coloring and only a little at that so even if a marker ran out of juice, it would be okay. When I started to use the first one I applied light-med pressure as I did not want to damage the tip and I wanted to see: A) the color of marker compared to the cap color and B) how much ink was released. These make a decently fine line, a bit more precise than I had imagined which I was worried about since I needed to fill in some color, but again not in a large area so at that time I estimated I would probably use an entire marker for one block of color. After a minute of coloring in the ink seemed to be dying out and I became concerned, but I also realized with this fine of a tip and the fact that these are NOT intended to fill-in color it might be that the marker simply needed a second to replenish itself. I capped it and set it down for a minute. When I started again, the line was very weak and I was about to give up as I had tried applying a little more pressure with no noticeable improvement, but just as I was about to throw in the towel the ink flow started back up and not only was I able to finish my project, I was able to use the same marker on another separate project and this time (total use: 10 minutes) no stoppage. In fact I am pretty sure there is enough ink left to do some other detailed work if necessary. Overall as long as you don't abuse these markers they are a great value and will work as advertised.

Good variety of colors, run out FAST
These are ok. The markers I received all worked fine and the tips were what I expected. I was using the black marker to draw doodle outlines on a 12 x 24.5” piece of canvas and it started to run out about halfway through. This was disappointing because the designs were all pretty spaced out with thin lines, so I hadn't used the marker much. I ended up using the darker grey marker to finish, but I had to go over each line a few extra times and layer it with the black to make it look close to the black I'd already done. In the end that marker was pretty much done too. As the markers dry out the lines are less defined and sharp.I highly recommend testing the colors before you use them. I wasn't expecting them to be exact, but a few of them were a lot different than the color on the cap. I also ended up just switching the two yellow caps with each other because they didn't match up. There is a pretty good variety of colors, but a few are only a shade or two different from each other. On some fabrics (ex. off white) it was hard to even tell they were different at all. They did work well on the canvas fabric I was using. I had to go over most of the lines a few times to make them even and bold, but that was due to the type of fabric more than anything. They also didn't bleed which was nice. They dry pretty quickly. A few times I accidentally put my hand down where I'd just drawn and was surprised that it never smudged the lines in my fabric even if the marker got on my skin. The marker was pretty easy to get off my skin.Overall, I can use them and I'm glad they all worked out of the box, but I wouldn't buy them again. The color started to run out way faster than I would have expected. They are good for little projects, but if you plan to use them a lot then they probably won't last.

Old ink?? Otherwise good.
Very fine point that did not distort easily. This was a set of 24. 8 worked pretty good. 8 worked a little bit but not much saturation. 8 did not work at all. My guess is that the ink was old and dried out. A new package probably would work very good. Did not bleed.

Black fabric marker
It did not cover well a tiny bleach spot on a black shirt .And the ink came out in the washing machine .I think the ink was rather dry in the coloring pen so the fabric did not absorb well the ink to cover the bleached tiny spot .

Wide assortment of very nice colors
These pens are a great size, easy-to-use, and the colors are true. There is a nice assortment of colors in a package. The ink did not fade after washing, either. Happy with my purchase.

Great but….
It’s a good product - useful for writing and drawing etc. but there are a thin and thick side. The thin works very well good for price the thick was not great at all but it’s pretty good for a few uses recommend for crafts nothing serious.
