NOT BLACK!!! It's ugly olive green
First off this is NOT BLACK like the description says! It is ugly drab olive green. See the photos of the bottom of the carry bag next to the underquilt. You can see the underquilt is NOT black. Next this has a zipper like a sleeping bag. Maybe something you would want but it's not on the description either. This underquilt is also rectangle just like a sleeping bag. Basically they took a sleeping bag, took the zipper off the feet and added a few bungie straps. No shape to it to work on a hammock. No adjustments on the straps that attach to the hammock. The directions in the bag say there are adjustments on those straps but there are none. The foot and neck do adjust tighter. The quality is fine for this price but after trying to put it on a hammock, with no adjustments and the stiff zipper it doesn't lay very well. I knew it did not have a bungie the length which works better but with that zipper stiffness it just gaps too much to really keep out the wind. Tried on a regular hammock. Perhaps a lay flat or sideways hammock would work a little better. But if you paid the big $ for one of those you probably are going to buy a higher end product than this. Basically they need to fix the description to reflect what product you really will be getting.

Good value (budget) underquilt
This is a good underquilt (for 2 or 3 season use for milder climates) and a great deal for the price. Primary suspension with cinch cord ends, and doubles as a sleeping bag or topquilt with a cinchable foot box and neck area. That being said, it probably won’t work for ultralight backpackers - heavy and doesn’t pack down that small. Perfect for car/base campers and hikers on a budget.Disclaimer: I’ve only tested this on an afternoon hang. It was a breezy, 60 F day. I had shorts and a tshirt on. I can see myself taking this into the 40s with a proper base layer and sleeping bag/topquilt - however I’m a warm sleeper. YMMV.Pros:- It has a way to adjust the ends to prevent air leaks.- It’s also full length(8.85’) and rectangular, which is better coverage for a diagonal lay - rare find at this price point.- It can double as a (rough) sleeping bag with a cinchable foot box.- It has 4 toggles to attach to a hammock body - it’s fits my 11’ Pinnacle 360 and other 11’ hammocks with toggles.Cons:- It doesn’t pack that small and is kind of heavy.- The shock cords are pretty weak (1/16”) and a bit short for my 11’ hammocks; recommend upgrading to 1/8” and adding some cord tensioners for more adjustability.- It doesn’t have shock cord running along the length - and the toggles really help here if your hammock has attachment loops. Can also use alligator clips to keep the UQ connected to your hammock.Yes, there’s room for improvement. All in all though, it’s a good value if you need an inexpensive, light duty 2-3 season (early fall, spring and summer) underquilt.
