good texture, easy to put together.
There was yeast in the package ( but like the flavourings it wasn't labelled as such) The flavourings came in separate sachets which meant we could have it with or without garlic. Liked the crispy edges from cooking it in the tin. A good variation of gluten free bread to have in the house.
