didn't work for my golden
bought them to get "traction' for for my golden. Maybe he's just too old (15) and they didn't help him. This is not to say they won't work for another dog.

Non slip
My old girl has issues with our floors so I've been using Musher cream and these socks for protection. This is how the package showed up, maybe they need to rethink the package, a cut out paw is cute but leaves room for lost product.

Great dog socks!
I purchased these socks for my boyfriendโs dog. They fit very well per the size chart instructions. The only issue is they can come off easily. Make sure you put on the Velcro tight enough. Also, they are not waterproof but they are adorable!

Works well and inexpensive
I've purchased a few of these for my GSD. She is getting old and needs help to gain traction on the hardwood floors. These do the job, they hold up to use and clean up well in the washer.

These work surprisingly well
I bought these for my senior dog who has trouble getting up to her feet on our tile and wood floors. I was surprised at how well they worked. In her younger days, she probably would have pulled them off with her teeth, but she does not seem to mind them. It will be interesting to see if they hold their shape and how long they will last.

They stayed on!
My little grand dog wouldnโt leave them on but they were snug. He tried chewing them. Softer than the shoes my kids bought him. Bought them to avoid scratches on new wood flooring.

Poodle Approved
Size L on a 45 - 55 lb poodle - plenty of room to accommodate extra bandaging and medication underneath, Velcro is very nice and booties seem secure when he walks, not shifting and twisting on him.Our senior poodle came home from his last groom with severe paw irritation and would not stop mouthing his feet. We could heal the paw skin quickly with simple cleaning and bag balm application but they'd be raw and oozing again in five minutes of mouthing.Because of the length of his snout and limbs, we have to use a massive Elizabethan collar on him and at night even double up with the inflatable collar below his cone to keep it positioned forward enough to be effective. After four weeks of this - as well as using less quality small booties, wrapping his feet with vet tape, giving daily Claritin to rule out allergies and using rubber booties whenever he goes on walks - it's almost time for another groom and he's still mouthing his feet whenever he can reach them. He does however stand still and assist in getting his boots on for walks so we figured we'd try a better set of socks he can wear 24/7 without fear of circulation issues or choking hazards. We only just got the booties delivered and he seems to love them. Maybe he just hates barefoot on hardwood floors all of a sudden? We are trying just the boots with his "wearable pillow" for now and hopefully can transition to just boots with a couple of pairs for changing to wash and dry.I think a smaller size would work better for his back feet. If he's still this happy with the boots in a week I'll update and buy several more pairs. He's literally prancing around like he's so pleased with himself.Oh and the amount of grip on the outside is very nice. His gait is very natural in these versus a little splayed in cheaper socks which Ive assumed was from being slippery.

Poor grip
These booty socks did not help with my dog slipping and sliding.

easy to put on and stay in place
The best option ever! Others are very difficult to put because they are very tight and don't have the strap to keep the sock in its place. The straps make all difference because the socks can be looser without the risk of falling off. Besides that the doble face grip is a plus! Extremely recommended!

Big help!
These socks have been a great help to my 26 kg labrador. She is now quite weak on her rear with also cruciate damage to one knee. These socks have helped her grip on the wooden and tiled floor areas in the house, after she became a worry when she fell. The velcro straps also help them to stay on!

Excellent product! Helped my senior, arthritic dog become mobile again!
The media could not be loaded. ย My 16 year old dog has arthritis, two older knee surgeries, and general weakness in her back legs and lower spine. I have hardwood floors and some rugs, but she has lost her confidence on the wood floors and has taken to lying on the rugs and whining whenever I leave the room.I started thinking about those rubber boots for dogs, came to Amazon looking for dog slippers, and found these. They arrived quickly, fit perfectly (I based the size on her paw measurements and the size chart), and she got used to them within just a minute or two. Now she feels better on the wood floors, and even seems to be a little stronger. Definitely more confident and no slipping at all. She even holds her body more naturally with the socks on. Check out the video and photos to see the dramatic difference they make. Definitely recommend!!

Mixed Feelings About Them
Pros: I found they stayed on well and were big enough for my 95 pound Great Dane mix. I liked that they have sticky pads on the top and bottom so that when they move around they still help the dog grip.Cons: The velcro sits right at my dog's dew claws on her front paws. This irritated them. I made the mistake of letting her wear them outside when it was wet and the velcro rubbed her skin off in multiple places resulting in a vet visit for stitches. My advice: Don't let them get wet. Tape the front dew claws so that you don't catch them putting the slippers on and off and so that the velcro doesn't cause irritation.

great product
The double sided adhesive is a real bonus as the socks can turn. Our 13 year old dog (63 lbs) has trouble on the wood floors. With the socks she can get up easier and has no trouble walking on the floors. Has given her confidence too!
