This pump is larger than expected for the price..easy to set up and works great. Very pleased

The media could not be loaded.  The pump works great for my small pump. I did buy a longer hose with a bigger diameter as well in order to set it up how I wanted it with a waterfall attachment.

Great for filtering pond water and adding extra interest in fountain.

I've only had this for a few days so I can not yet address longevity. In all other regards I am so far impressed.It has really strong suction power as I hoped it would. So good in fact I had to build a new pre-filter to keep the small Honey Locust leaves from being sucked through the grill while allowing the algae to be pumped to the external bio -filter.It replaced a name brand pump that costs twice the money, rated only a few GPH less, and did not have the power to pull the algae through.I only went 4 stars on overall rating because 4.5 is not an option. It would be a 5 if the grill cover was slightly easier to remove without the use of something to pry it loose. It isn't hard to do and it should not be a deal breaker for you as this is a lot of pump power for a reasonable price.

There is too much power for my bird bath

The media could not be loaded.  Strongly suggest the use of sponge to lower the pressure if it doesn’t go any lower than setting. It’s definitely a WOW purchase for my DIY project.

I haven't had this pump long enough to rate it's longevity.....but I can say that it does it's job well. I've very happy with it.
