Vibram Shoes Changed My Life, and These Are The Best Style Yet!
These shoes have changed my life. I had refused to listen to my body while running daily in college, and as the pain progressively intensified I developed full blown, awful shin splints. Eventually I had to cease running altogether; I could barely run a mile without an intense burning in my shins.I started seeing people wear these funny looking things. They definitely won't win you any fashion awards, and I still get awkward looks and asked how they feel or whether or not they're comfortable, etc. Even before I developed the shin splints, I had sought a shoe that would be the closest thing to running barefoot. Back then, it seemed like your choices for sole sizes was big or bigger; the minimalist movement had not yet emerged (but I understand why the idea flourished so quickly). My jiu-jitsu/boxing instructor - a really intelligent guy - convinced me to buy my first pair of Vibrams (to hear him speak, you would almost think he worked for the company). They were like magic. Not only did my shin splints disappear, my entire body felt like it had begun to loosen up and relax. I could 'feel' the coordinated activity of my muscles as I ran. I felt like a gazelle! I started to love running (whereas previously it felt as though a chore that I couldn't wait to finish). My hips and lower back started to loosen up and my posture improved drastically - I was asked several times if I had gotten taller. I have big hips and giant linebacker legs, which had caused my posture to slump unnaturally forward. I hadn't even realized how much tension I had been carrying in my lower back. I started to straighten up as I started to 'feel my hips moving under me', all as a consequence of a gradual loosening of the spine in my very lower back. It really made me aware of the degree of stress and tension I had been storing in my lower back and hips. Man, for any person with any sort of lower back problems, tension in the legs and hips, or loss of mobility and feeling coordinated, I couldn't recommend these enough. Now to this particular style of Vibram: these are by far the best pair I've owned so far. I was skeptical at first, because I could tell that with this style they had redesigned the entire top portion as well as using a different arch and toe support pattern on the bottom. I was also skeptical because this style seemed to have the most 'cushion' out of any other style. Now that I've owned multiple pairs, I've concluded that they really just raised the quality. The upper portion has been far more durable on these than on any other style.Huge fan, Vibram! Were I some sort of movie star or important person I would sponsor them for free!

Barefoot Fitness, Evolved
This is the first pair of "toe shoes" I've ever owned. I have worn and trained (weightlifting, crossfit, city running) with minimal shoes before and was happy with their performance. I had been curious about the performance of Vibram FiveFingers for some time so after a bit of research I decided to pick these up.After using them intensively for about a week or so I am impressed. They are much more comfortable than I expected them to be. Also, I find that I do have added control and responsiveness during my workouts as my toes are able to splay out and my foot functions more naturally. The traction I've experienced has also been admirable.I'm looking forward to what extended use will show about the performance of FiveFingers. I am interested in seeing how the unique features of this shoe match up against more traditional minimalist footwear particularly in areas of control, comfort, and foot/leg development. I have also been using these without minimal toe socks and will be trying them with socks soon. Hopefully there will be no issues after this change and after extended use.I'd recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a barefoot feel during workouts while maintaining a level of foot protection and some added traction. However, I can definitely see there being an "acclimatization" period adjusting to them especially if you are unaccustomed to minimalist footwear. Kudos to Vibram for some nice footwear!

Legit Vibram
These are my fave shoes, I wear them to work, gym, everywhere. I can't even wear traditional toebox "mitten" shoes anymore, they hurt my feet and feel terrible on. I didn't realize Vibram had discontinued these, I was hella bummed. So I hit the net and scooped up every pair in my size left, which wasn't many. I saw the reviews for this company and was more than a little nervous as there are counterfeit versions of these shoes - which is why Vibram recommends only getting Five Fingers from their website, even though they may be cheaper elsewhere. Especially being less than half price of what they originally cost, I wasn't sure. But I have to give Tactical Ops props on these, they are definitely the real deal, they look exactly like my old pair. I assume if they were fake I would be able to see the difference. They actually fit a little more snug than the old ones, which is a good thing. Some people had mentioned their shoes started falling apart after a few weeks, but so far so good, seem to be original Vibram quality. I got a great deal on what I think was the last pair of these shoes available. Thanks.

Exceeds expectations by far!
I usually wear size 10.5, and this size 43 (10.5 to 11.0) worked perfectly for me. I where them without sock. Haven't tried them on with toe socks yet.The odor preventing technology works great. Besides the size, the possibility of odor was the main thing I was concerned about, but with just a little bit of baking soda each time I wear them, so far they've never developed an odor. They look and feel fantastic. When I first got them I went for a 2 mile jog. Honestly that was a bit to much for the first session. The pamphlet that it includes says that you need to where them for brief periods of time before wearing them all day, and they are right, you need to give your feet some time to get used to them, but I've never gotten a blister from them. It doesn't take very long to get used to them. After only wearing them a few times, I put them on for my trip to EDC Orlando and spent all day in them just fine.I think that these are the perfect shoes for using a Cyr wheel too.

Great shoes. Mind the thick sole!
Before buying this pair, I had already used the KMD LS model from Vibram. Size wise I have no complains, the sizing is the same and they fit exactly like the KMD.The only thing I have to point out that is not immediate when looking online it that the sole is thicker than expected. Personally I don't mind the extra thickness since it is a layer of extra protection when walking/running on cobblestone, but it does feel a bit less "barefoot-y" when compared to the KMD's thinner sole.Besides that, I'm absolutely loving these shoes =)

NOVITA'
Comunque ottimo prodotto.

Definitely better suited to outdoor use than the KSO Evo's that ...
Definitely better suited to outdoor use than the KSO Evo's that I bought previously - they're also slightly roomier, and as such, easier to put on.I wear the KSOs to the gym, and wear the KMDs outside. The only downside to wearing them is having to explain to bleedin everyone what the heck I'm wearing on my feet !
