Serene Portable Phone Amplifier (UA30)

I have used this item for years; great to take on vacation or any place where you need to use a phone and want it to be a bit louder. I always keep at least two of them in the house. They aren't like hearing aids, but they do their job on a regular phone.

i bought this for my Mom to help her hear better on the phone, but it did not fit correctly on her type of phone, which was a hand held, land line.

It was too heavy for my elderly mother to hold for any length of time, and it kept coming off the headset of the phone.

When I received this item the package had been opened and it wouldn’t power on at all. Looked like it had been used some or it had been sent back from another customer. Either way it was a disappointment.

I bought this for my job as it is a very noisy environment. It didn’t help at all.

For an analog phone, it's the most inexpensive BEST hearing aid device.

I so wanted to buy some thing for my aunt who is hard of hearing. Once I was able to get everything together, it was an epic fail. It hardly stayed on the phone. It slid back-and-forth and it’s not loud and she can barely hear. It also has a buzzing noise when you cut it on when the volume is turned up loud that is quite annoying.
