A photo of mine wouldn't do it justice but know that it is as it seems. It arrived in it's own fragile-marked amazon box, beautifully packaged by the creator with a couple extra info cards. I felt like a kid when I unboxed it. I love having it out on display, hearing it tick, and can only imagine it could be better with a stand as an option for display. Mine will end up on the wall, hopefully next to another similar piece. I feel $150 is pricey but it is an interesting, conversational, quality piece of decor.

Beautiful finish, awesome packaging, and very heavy - we will need some anchors in our walls to hold these. Super happy with this purchase and planning on giving to other men in my life for significant occasions

Great brass moon clock for keeping track of the moon phases. It has a good weight and expertly made. In hindsight I should have gone with the black dial as it is metal and I am not sure but this one may be paper and discolor over time. I previously bought a tide clock, moon phase clock with a normal clock on recycled black plastic that had to be adjusted every three days so this one is far, far superior. I was also impressed with the packaging. It is also great that this was made by a small business.Update: 3 months and still perfect tracking of the moon phases.

I wish I had one of these years ago. It's great to look at it when I awaken, tracking the moon's phases.Planting, cutting hair, and tides, etc. are influenced by the moon, and research is fascinating.

I am thrilled by the appearance of the Tabic Solid Brass Moon Phase Clock. I hung it in my office and it looks great.But please take careful note of this from the Tabic website: "There are a lot of variables to take into account when tracking the moons orbit of approx. (never exactly) 29.53 days, so the clock may need adjustment."The internet tells me the date/time for each full moon and my Moon Phase Clock has to be adjusted a few degrees every time – it's always slow. Based on my experience, don't expect to set the moon clock up once and it'll stay accurate until the battery runs out.

These moon clocks have a very nice finish, and I use them as gifts. A piece of wood, some paint(stain), a hand mill, and a 3018 CNC machine bought on Amazon - that's almost all I need for this.My only complaint is the the clock ticks in the wrong direction, like an ordinary clock. The Moon, on the other hand, actually moves from the west to east, that's why it's position always is more to the east the next day, than the day before. As an amateur astronomer, it would be more logical to me if this clock was a mirror of itself, then what it is today. I am probably alone thinking this way..(?).Anyhows - this moon clock is highly recommended!

I waited until a full moon before putting the battery in at the correct time and it works lovely, looks good next to my Tabic clock.
