Ordered in July, first one came in and seller had a card in the box with their email address. I did as instructions on charging. But did not work. So I emailed the seller and they responded quickly and shipped me out a new one. Was finally able to use this past weekend (Labor Day). I did my 2 dogs and my 2 grand fur babies. Really loved the light and the tiny clipper head to get the bottom of their paw pads. Because of the light I noticed a soft bump growing on the side next to the top of the large back pad on my fur grandbabie. Had my daughter come to look at it. She was able to remove the cyst (she works in the medical field) fur baby seemed to move around faster and better afterwards. The light makes a world of difference on seeing what you are doing. I really like these clippers. I would highly recommend this seller very responsive and truly cares about their products.

Doesn't cut that great

With a new puppy, noises are often scary and can freak the dog out. My puppy, especially, has a difficult time not getting scared by new experiences and noises. With this paw trimmer, though, my puppy had no problem! I let her sniff it first, and then turned it on near her to get her used to the noise (which is very quiet), and then she adjusted to it very quickly! The trimmer works perfectly, is very quiet, and super easy to use. I would recommend this product highly to pet owners who are looking for an easy way to trim their pet's paws.

TRIED ON My Bischon Frise pup; doesn't even cut the hair any where. Sending these clippers back. They are not that quite either. The only thing I liked; IF they'd cut was the light and blade was tiny. TINY OR NOT The clippers never cut HEATED up quickly while trying to get it to cut and they never did cut nor trim any hair. Sad for the amount of money spent!!

It doesn't cut effectively. I tried several times and ended up not using it.

This is an excellent tool to remove the hair between the paw pads, eyes, ears, and sanitary area in between professional grooms or to just groom yourself! Quieter than most, works well, and easy to use.

The charge lasts a very long time!

This little gadget had promise but just can't deliver. It's not as noisy as my big clippers but it's not quiet, plus it sounds like it's working really hard even before you start trimming. I find that it heats up very quickly (less than a minute) but a blast of blade ice cools it right off. The real issue is that it just can't handle much hair. My little mutt has cottony hair and it did ok on his feet but it was pretty laughable for my standard poodle. Also, the light seems like a good idea but it adds bulk, making it really difficult to get in between small dog toes. Was a great size of my big dog but they light wasn't bright enough to illuminate the black hair in the toe cracks. This is pretty much useless for major grooming but I'll keep it around for when my little guy needs a light touch up.
