Wedding worthy
I knit my wedding dress out of this yarn and I LOVE it. It's such good value for money, super soft and super light. I have no idea if it's actually bamboo and cotton but I was able to successfully steam block the lace into shape. Very happy with this purchase!

Definitely not DK weight, but great for price!
First, the bad: With my first order, I didn’t get all 10 skeins—only 9. I’m wondering if these are bunched by weight for a 500 g total. I don’t have a scale, so I can’t be sure. Also, this definitely isn’t DK; it’s as thin as embroidery floss (probably light fingering weight). However, holding the thread double yields satisfactory results. And there’s definitely enough yarn to do this (2000+ yards) and still complete a project. Also, there’s not much in the way of stitch definition like you would get with an acrylic fiber (see photo; should be shells/chevron pattern). Now the great: I was afraid to buy this because of the negative reviews. But I have to say, I’ve had no issues with knots or splitting. However, to avoid this, I would use a duller needle set. This is amazingly soft yarn! I bought this to make a blanket for my son with sensory issues and he LOVES it; just absolutely soft! In fact, it’s almost a little too slippery so I recommend using bamboo a hook/needles. And you get SO much for the price! In addition, I love the colors (I bought deep blue and white gray). The blue is the same color as those cheap row counters you can buy (see pic) and the gray is almost a lilac. I can’t wait to complete my projects so I can wear them; bamboo is so great for this warmer weather!

Beautiful, but Not for Beginners
Working with this yarn has a learning curve, and I would consider it unsuitable for beginner fiber artists. It is very soft, and the resulting work has really beautiful weight, drape, and movement. However, the plies of the yarn do not stay twisted together, so it is very easy to miss individual plies wile working with it. I've found this the be most challenging when pulling through more than two loops on my crochet hook (as with a half double crochet stitch for example.) I would label this as a light sport weight yarn. My preferred hook for working with it is a 3.25mm, but a 3mm or 2.75mm would have worked as well. The yarn itself is very slippery, so I might recommend using a wooden hook, but I used an aluminum one and got along fine, though I did have to modify how I hold it in my non-dominant hand to create a little more friction, to maintain the correct tension. All in all, I think that the results of using this yarn are beautiful, but you should be prepared for a bit of frustration, and do not try to learn to knit or crochet using this. Minus 1 Star for VERY slow order processing. I placed my order on 4/29/2020 with an arrival date of 5/8/2020, but it was not actually shipped by the company until 5/7/2020, so delivery was delayed quite a few days.

Soft and antimicrobial.
I like using Bamboo yarn due to it being antimicrobial and the lovely drape and softness of the knitted items. This is almost as soft as 100% bamboo and comes in so many beautiful colors. I have started a custom sweater for my grand daughter and it is coming along beautifully. I am using size 5 needles for the main sweater that has 3 stripes of color. It has the drape of silk and the colors are nice.

LIES!
This is NOT worsted weight, it’s is as thin as embroidery thread. I can’t believe I didn’t read the reviews. Why do sellers waste our time like this? It will go straight back.

The yarn is not bad at all
The yarn is not bad at all. I needed yarn that consisted of 70% of cotton and 30% of bamboo for hook #3. I was so glad i found this yarn. I made 2 purchases already. The yarn is soft and is very pleasant to the touch. I am crocheting a dress with this yarn and i am quite pleased with the result. Some yarns make the clothes too rough to touch. Well, this one does not. So, overall nice yarn. Can be used for light, summer clothes projects. 4 stars instead of 5 because some skeins have a knots here and there where yarn was tied together, but many yarns have this issue. Also, it took me a day or so to get used to it where it was splitting a little bit, but maybe it was because the yarn i used right before was not splitting at all, so it may have stood out too much. In the end i got used to it and it was not an issue at all.

More than I expected...
I ordered this yarn on a whim, and I am so glad I did. It is soft, not too hard to work with, and was easy to dye. I use dharma co. dyes for natural fibers, and it took to this yarn like a dream. My current project is with a 5.5mm hook, and the stitches are falling beautifully. Worth the purchase. Totally recommend.*My only reason for a 4 star rating; I wish it had a thread wrapped around the yarn to keep everything together.

Super Soft. Baby Fine. Beautiful Colors
I ordered this yarn for a coworkers baby shower gift (homemade blanket). She is very particular of the types of fabric so a bamboo and cotton blend was perfect. The yarn is super soft. It is a little finer than I expected and it is a bit slick. Once I got the hang of the feel of the yarn, the blanket came together beautifully. I love the feel! I am glad that I ordered it in multiple colors and will have some on hand for my own use.

Beautiful soft yarn
I am using this yarn in my weaving projects. It has a beautiful soft,, silky type feel to it. The yarn has a soft shine to it that brings an elegant feeling to the woven fabric. Love it!

Very soft but very thin
Very thin. Misleading in description, says you can use a 5 is or 7 needles but more like a 4. - very soft though! Was having to double up yarn with a 4.25 needle to make the spaces between stitches fill inColour is true to picture in ad as well.

Not good quality yarn!!
Bad quality!!! This Yonkey Monkey yarn has a nice soft and light weight to make chemotherapy cancer patients summer hats. It works out to over $5 to $6 per 50 gr ball. Expensive but I was willing to pay extra for the bamboo and cotton blend. However....this yarn splits and the plys break along the strands. Also you knit about 6 to 7 rows only to get to a total break which requires knots!!!! I ordered white and grey (20--50 gr balls for a total of over $100!!) Will never buy this again and will not recommend
