I honestly don’t know why so many people have something bad to say about this kit. I really appreciate its whitening capabilities, as they’ve only been great to me. Used it every other day for about 20-25 minutes and I could see the difference from the first use. The instructions are clear, easy to understand and if something is missing in the instructions I think is just down to common sense. The kit kit is really easy to use and the thickness of it is just fine. If u want to see the difference perhaps would also help if u would make a difference as well in your habits... perhaps stopping for a few h drinking coffe, coke, or smoking after u used it, u could see the difference

I tried to use this product however the overall taste in the mouth is awful & therefore I couldn’t complete the time advised for the item to fully work.

This is a great product at amazing value! I’ve been searching for a teeth whitening kit that is easy on my gums and have tried so many and the results have been next to nothing. This product after using only 3 times I, along with many people have noticed the difference it has already made! I feel so confident smiling it’s great! Will definitely be purchasing again once I use all my refills!

Came but the light only worked for 2 seconds then it's stopped working, even after I put new batteries in it still didn't work:(

The product in general is good, I’ve used it for like a week every night but I had to stop it because my gums became irritated and bleeding in certain places. Most likely it weakened my gums and now I have to take medicine as it hurts. So that’s why 4stars is my rating. And for those who uses it and knows that have sensible gums be careful with how often you are using it. Anyway in general it did help me with whitening and it didn’t seem to affect my enamel, I mean so far these are my feelings.And it also has a lot of whitening gel and spare batteries which is good and also smoothing gel.

I used this product once for 10 minutes on Monday 4th January after receiving it as an xmas present.. today the 11th Jan 2021 I have just been discharged from hospital after being treated for SEVERE CHEMICAL BURNS for 4 whole days. This product is a disgrace and I am in excruciating pain. The doctor reckons this pain will last at least another two weeks and my gums are permanently damaged! Do not use this product!

Easy to use, no horrible sludge left in your mouth after like some strips. No discomfort at all. Ive seen a great improvement even though i dont smoke or drink coffe n tea much
