Excellent for an old PC.
Bought 2 x 8GB of this RAM for a PC I built in 2014. Put it alongside 8GB of Cruicial RAM ashtray in the PC, and it works perfectly.

It works!
I was looking to extend the life of my old i73770k and I saw that the branded DDR options were around £80 which felt a bit much for such an old machine. Bought these with a gift voucher I had as a punt. I've plugged them in and they work. I won't bother measuring the performance as I'm not that technical it works and I can have more browser windows open and everything runs more smoothly.Leaving this at 4 stars as they've only been installed for 5 minutes so I've no idea about the reliability but so far so good!

Cheap RAM that works (even in a Mac Mini)
This is my second purchase from Silicon Power and this DDR3 RAM was the cheapest available online and works perfectly in my old Mac Mini (late 2012) which now runs like new alongside an SSD upgrade. The packaging was a little annoying to open as it's not the standard SODIMM packaging that can fold open, instead requiring a knife or scissors to cut off the heat-crimped edges, which means it cannot be reused.
