I bought this as I had planter fasciitis a couple of years ago and it is still lingering under the surface when I put pressure on feet. I have only used this once on the arches of my feet where it is still sore if I touch it with any pressure. It felt good at the time, like a, releasing massage but now it is actually more sore than before I used it. Maybe I did it for too long or too much pressure I don't know. But as it doesnt come with any instructions, this may be the case. I think there is bruising and seems to be a bit of inflammation from using this. The plastic is very hard and unforgiving. Quite difficult to move your foot slowly on it too.I will try again when my foot calms down and update.Update, this seemed to work, would recommend!

If you buy this in black as I did then everyone who sees it initially thinks it's a sex toy. Besides that it works great. On your feet that is.

Does what it says on the tin!

I had sudden pain in my left foot that I could not put weight on. After a few days I had bruising on the bottom and top of my foot as well as my ankle. I was advised to use the roller, now 2 weeks in I have no pain, I’ll continue to use a couple of times a day for around 15min.

Although I knave a number of problems with my foot and ankle, my physiotherapist said that this was a good purchase.

Having plantar fasciitis pain is no fun. This product seems to help reduce aches and pains and because of the knobbly surface, stimulates blood flow. Can only speak for my circumstances obviously but am finding it certainly helps reduce symptoms.

Comfortable to use but the effect was no better than a simple tennis ball. Returned item

I didn't like how light this was and felt like it was a toy but after using it as directed I am happy and amazed with this item and would recommend it 100%
