Empty comfortable
It's very useful for heel pain,because it's more serious than mine.It's really not as painful as it used to be.The store owner said it could go to the root,but I'll wait and see. It's very comfortable. I put it up after I wash my feet at night.It's a little hot. It's very comfortable.I tear it off in the morning.It's very convenient and effective.

They sent to work very well but you need to use them continuously for at least a week to feel benefit. It was easy to remove the adhesive.

Thought I'd give it a try but....
Second review, after using for 5 nights, each time black, no pain relief, absolutely no feeling of change whatsoever, unlike the adverts. Thought I'd give it a try but.......scam???

Great value, it’s one of those things I’m not sure is working or not?!? Easy to apply, pad turns black but I can’t say I am feeling any more energetic or improved sleep. Maybe it takes longer than 5 days.

Not sticking to your feet. I put them on as I always do as soon as I got in bed they came off. Not sticky enough
