I bought this as a gift, but I decided to try it out first before I wrapped it. I'm sooooo glad I did. There was some black stuff around the top of it that I tried to clean off. This led me to believe that it was a return. Then I tried to use it and it didn't work. Very disappointing. Of course I returned it. I did not repurchase another one.

the quality is not there and their customer service is horrible, I have emailed 3 times and no response.

This diffuser is so cute and great for the price. So easy to use and love all the colors it can turn. Only problem is when I need to buy a new filter I don't know how !?! Thankfully it comes with three.

Good product and very good lights

The media could not be loaded.  There are 3 different colored lights on USB for the 3 different settings 6 - 10 - 16 hours, no lights on the flower. The mist is cool, I used essential oils and there is not much fragrance, is not strong, there is a thin plastic film around the cotton wick, I just put a couple drops on bottom of wick to see if it will put out stronger fragrance, not sure if that will cause it to clog, seems to be ok. I have one star less for the 3 different setting, I don’t see much difference in the 10 hr blue or 6 hr green Settings, and not much fragrance, but that could be the brand of essential oils. Not much for instructions.

I was really excited to get this but it did not quite live up to my expectations. I have had exactly 6 months now and am having issues. First the seal covering where the mist diffuses come out just randomly started falling off after a few uses. The wick had to be changed very often , like weekly as it would stop diffusing otherwise. My unit does not change colors at all as advertised. Pros: The diffuser strength is nice , well projected, and long lasting when it does work but again this is short lived until you change the wick. I like to run mine at night to help me sleep or when I first wake up , just wish the wicks lasted longer or came with more at least.

It is small and cute and powerful to fill an office with delightful scents
