Best fan ever , full silent and best air flow !

I am using this product, initially I saw this fan look wise it's beautiful and that's why I ordered for six such fax. After a few months time one of my fan was not working so I have to register my complaint on line because this unique fan Crompton fan dealer is only in jalgaon and i stay at Bhusawal. After waiting for two/three days time a dealers boy come to my place and said that the PCB of the fan has to be changed...that a PCB will cost Rs 700 and his labour charges Rs 150 total Rs 850. Just form the year 2020 to now i have to change almost all my fans PCB...so in my opinion this Crompton product is totally failed. If the company has an offer to change this by giving his other fan I am ready to pay the difference if any and get my Pro Esno remote control fan change with the other fan

The fan looks absolute cool and stylish. Silent operation is evident. No battery is delivered along with the remote. I got the piece with the cover plate broken. Checked with authorised service personnel for replacing the same. They informed me it will take few weeks to get the spare from the company. Overall it is a very nice product to go for.

After seeing the -ve reviews on amazon, i installed and tested it asap - It was easy to assemble and install - it started working as soon as i switched it on - it works with the normal regulator too - the remote got connected instantly compared to other fans at my home - its less sound - gets good wind

This is my 5 year review of the fan. Had brought Atomberg and Crompton BLDC fans together. While the Atomberg fans make huge noise (almost deafening, cant talk on fan with it being on) while running, it has given me no other issue. On the other hand the the Crompton fans look really pretty but the PCB of fan goes kaput (burnt out) every year almost and need to be changed. So far the fans are in warranty but from next year on when the warranty expire.. The cost of PCB (as informed by the Crompton Technician) is around Rs. 1250/- each. You can do the math and see the cost of running the Crompton fan for next 5 year almost equal, if not more, that of buying a new one. The attached video shows the state of an currently

Good things: ** 5 yr warrranty ** Build is good, looks nice ** Heavy moter Bad thing as of now: ** There should be 2 rods 1 of 12inch another for 18 inch to accomodate false ceiling space. ** Remote seems faulty, ON OFF working but 1-5 speed is not working. Ordered Replacement. ** Fan speed can only regulate from remote...so if it run outnof battary or lost remote...u cant change speed...it should be allowed from regulator as well. Overall looks good, havent installed ..just test run on ground and since remote faulty so ordered replacement... Will update reciew once recieved the new fan ********************* I returned the fan as it was defective and not gaining speed with remote. Pickup done but no refund initiated. I tried reaching customer care and since one month they are saying that we have no status ..and now today they said customer is lying (indirectly)..our backend team and seller confirmed that we did not recieved the item to warehouse and they dont lie.. Basically they are saying no return pickup happened and we will not be able to refund amount of around 8000rs. This is amazon technical problem because of which despite i retuen the item, my 8000 rs steal by amazon. I am submitting the case in consumer forum. Please dont buy this fan from amazon and from the sellers.

Poor quality, poor service. It’ll make a lot of noise and stop working abruptly. Fixing it doesn’t help and will have issues again. Service guy will blame you.

I purchased first on July 1st week 2020. It was returned because of poor performance. But as it was from Crompton and with 5years warranty again purchased on 2nd week of the same month. The fan was sounding tik tok. Returned that and purchased third one. Now it is working fine but air flow is not as good as other same quality fan like orient. Otherwise it is running well. Now my opinion is, it is good only for five year warranty. Crompton is failed to maintain reputation. Installation is little bit clamsy. Meterials used are very good quality. Remote is working fine and no need to pointing fan during use. Energy efficiency could not be judged but durable no doubt. I think from the customer feedback Crompton may have upgraded and remove the problem by this time. So far my experience goes customer service is good of Crompton.
