This is a lovely essence which I consider to be intermediate between a toner and a serum and can take the place of one or the other (or not, depending on preference). I have very dry and sensitive skin and it tends to get really dehydrated and rough sometimes. I use it both ways depending on how much moisture my skin seems to need day to day. This is not quite watery, but it is very light-weight. It has a very refreshing fragrance that isn't overwhelming and doesn't linger too long. It goes on pretty easily (I don't use a cotton ball or pad and just apply with my fingers) and it dries quickly and feels tacky for a few minutes, and is then fine. My face feels very soft and supple and it does work well with my other products. However, I would need to see some more lasting results to consider purchasing a skin care product in this price range ($58.00 for about 3.39 ounces). I would have liked to see the ingredient list in the product description. I had to look for it online. It arrived nicely boxed and properly sealed.

My skin is dry; I was hoping this essence would add an extra layer of hydration. I use it as advertised—as a prep before my usual serum and moisturizer are applied. I like what I see and feel, and think this added step helps the other products better absorb into my skin. The ingredient list in this is impressive, and includes plant extracts, and lactic/hyaluronic acid, which help plump, smooth and condition skin. I was afraid an essence might further dry out middle-aged skin like mine, but it does the exact opposite—gives all skin types, but especially dry ones, an added boost of moisture.

This is a good moisturizer if you have oily skin or are breakout prone. The summer humidity causes me to break out really badly around my hairline, mouth and chin, but the rest of my face is dry so I can't go without moisturizer. This has been a good option because it really plumps and hydrates without making me oily or causing me to break out. I use it all over my face before using my prescription retinoid, and follow it with additional moisturizer in my dry areas. It hasn't done much for my skin texture or lines on my dry skin other than temporary moisturizing and tightening, but it's a good compromise for my skin type. It has the texture of a toner and reminds me of SKII essence--I apply it with a cotton ball. It does leave a bit of a sticky residue behind, but it doesn't interfere with my primer.Fwiw, I have eczema and this doesn't aggravate my skin. I might order it again for summer use, but it's not enough for the winter and I haven't noticed much improvement in my dry areas, so it wouldn't be a year-round choice for me.

This serum is the perfect consistency. It's like a soft, smooth gel, not as thick as a normal serum, and when I apply it on my damp face, it feels like I'm giving myself a nice dabbing experience. I have been using the serum for about a month and my skin looks radiant. Can't wait to see how my skin looks in a few months. Initially, I was hesitant to try this serum. I have tried many others and they come out of the bottle like water. This serum is definitely different and I am so happy to have the chance to try it. Using the serum every day one to two times. Small portions of the product go a long way.

I've used this for a few weeks and while I'm not sure it has made my skin look any younger, it has helped hydrate my skin and reduce dryness with some dry spots I've had recently. This is a very expensive item, but i do feel like it works better than many others in this category that I've tried. This a.g.e.stop serum has a liquid consistency close to a toner, but you don't want to use a cotton pad to apply since it will absorb too much. Instead, I have to quickly lift from fingertips to face before too much of it runs between my fingers. It leaves a tacky feel to my face, even well after it has dried. It makes a good base to my regular moisturizer, although those with oily skin might not need that second layer.It does a good job of hydrating as an underlying serum. This conditioning essence concentrate by a.g.e.stop is another winner in this premium beauty line, I’m really pleased.I’m applying this essence to my face after I cleanse my face and before any other products. This product is very much a liquid, not a serum so why I’m doing is placing several drops in the palm of my hand and using my fingers to dab it over my face and neck. Once dry I apply the rest of my facial products.I like the light pleasant scent of this essence, it goes away after it’s dry.I really like the ingredients used in the making of this essence and the rest of this beauty line.This product is made 100% in Switzerland
