Better in a box
Bagging package is not the correct way to send a fragile plastic container, the product is good, 2nd time ordering it and subscribed for future deliveries, the package it came in is the problem.

Flavorful
This garlic is mild and very flavorful. The blackened garlic is supposed to be medicinal which is why we take it. I’m glad it’s easy to peel land has such a pleasant flavor

Yummy black garlic
I love them in brown sauces because it adds umami and dark brown color. I also like to eat them as is. :) Generous amount in comparison to other packages. Will buy again.

Yuck, what happened?!
I purchased this brand of garlic often since I found it to be very delicious! However, not sure what's going on now. Some cloves were very mushy while others were completely dried out and almost as hard as a rock! I don't understand the drop in quality!

I cook with garlic but my husband can peel and eat (he absolutely smells like garlic sometimes🙂). I got him the black garlic and he loves it. Eats right out of jar and bakes with his salmon. Based on his opinion, I will continue to order. I may cook with it, but doubt I will ever eat by itself like my husband.🙂
