Absolutely devoured this book within a day, gave me gossip girls with a mystery twist on every chapter, I couldn't put it down I had to keep reading on, every chapter had me going wait,what,who,why! Loved the character development of sawyer her friendship growth with lilly and getting to know her family ❤️

This book reminded me of "the cousins" by Karen Mcmaunus, And as big fan of Karen McManus i really enjoyed the style annd plot of this book. I would recommend to fans of the cousins, the inheritance games and in general anyone who enjoys adventure and mystery. the only thing i would mention is the pictures thatt appeared between each chapter from "secretsonmyskin.com" these didnt seem to align or add too the story at all. If anyone knows what these are, please let me know.

Picked up this book up after reading The Inheritance Games and I am not disappointed.If you like well paced reads, that offer female characters that actually have brain cells and don’t lose their heads completely when it suits the plot, this is the author and book series for you.Honestly, very surprised how enjoyable I found this book. I will happily read more from this author.

Literally could not put this down, picked it up and devoured it in one night. I can always count on Jennifer to write a book that has me HOOKED! Like I read the first page and was already smiling and giggling, I just loved this. There has not been one thing by her that hasn’t had me obsessed; the intriguing and deep characters, the fascinating and intelligent plot lines, and the humor!! Oh the banter and little quips between characters are just so good.Sawyer really stole my heart, my girl is so funny, emphatic and intelligent. Her blunt honesty, witty remarks and quick thinking make her such a great main character and I was so interested in finding out everything. And boy is there a lot to unravel, this society is so juicy and I am eating it up. Also loved all the others, Lily and Sadie in particular. Sawyer is the breath of fresh air they need and they all support and protect each other in their own ways <3 Boone!! What an awkward cutie. Campbell and Walker are really intriguing, going to be cool to see that unfold further. And Nick!! Ahh I knew it from the valet scene and I’m really excited. Also Mim/Lillian, she’s a queen and an icon and I really enjoyed her character.I know this is YA but personally this could have been even better (lol I already gave it 5 stars) if there had been romance but that’s just the romance reader in me. There isn’t anything missing from the story at all, I just love seeing the cuteness and flirting and soft moments lol. I am excited to see more in book 2 about Nick and where that might go. They really clicked so seamlessly and I feel like they’ll be so great and cute together.

Sawyer Taft free up in a very small town in a rough and tumble way with her unmarried mother who refused to give her father's name. At age seventeen with her mother gone off somewhere leaving her to root for herself, Sawyer is visited by her grandmother who offers half a million dollars and a college education if Sawyer will come and live with her for nine moths. You can never imagine what those nine months are like. Although Sawyer decides to use them to find her father's name there is oh so much more happening. You will enjoy the actio, laugh at some of the hi-jinks and fall in love with this young lady. You will enjoy Eddie as well, watch for her use of her ballet training. Happy reading.

I've never been disappointed by JL Barnes and Little White Lies was no different. Bought it intending to pace myself through it - I thought short chapters = easier to put down. WRONG. Bought and finished in the same day because I struggled to put it down!

This book is equivalent to if they had a young adults view of the real housewives saga. I enjoyed it.

Allah has changed for me in the last few months and I was having a hard time committing to any book I started. I'm usually an Avid Reader finishing up to 200 novels a year. It has been years since I've had a reading right like this one. But when I picked up Little White Lies by Jennifer Lynn Barnes I couldn't put it down the way she wrote and the characters she created we're awesome. The story was great from beginning to end I would recommend it to anyone.

The book was good and cute. It gave Pretty Little Liar vibes but was very tame in comparison. It’s a good read if you’re looking for something quick. Would give it a 3.5 but won’t let me do half ratings.
