Thank you!
This book has insights and suggestions applicable to anyone who spends even a minute of their day interfacing with another human being! Ostensibly a book written for business leaders, the applications will work well in any social unit, from partnership to nation. At this time of polarization, these concepts are welcome!

this is the one!
This is the leadership book to read if you only read one this year. This concept is absolutely essential to effectiveness in professional and personal relationships and business success, and this book lays it out in a beautifully clear, well organized way. I particularly appreciated the strong structure and attention on “key concepts” and “key questions” that made the material so easy to digest and yet so thought provoking. It is an easy read, but it will really make you think. I’d give it six stars if I could.

Wrong Version of Print
I received a Large Print version of this book, and I did not order Large Print. I do not like the very large words and it impedes my learning process.

Employee Safety
This is a very trendy book in the management world. Our operations team started using these techniques with our employees and we have seen such great success that our HR department has rolled this out to all of our companies leadership. Lots of common sense ideas that are supported by real world experiential data. I highly recommend that all first line supervisors read and apply.

Insights to action.
This was an easy to read, digestible book with a tendency towards action.Knowing psych safety is important and knowing what to do about it are very different things. This book enabled me to feel knowledgeable about the concepts, as they were simple and tangible, and confident to use them.Having a background in coaching, I really enjoyed the use of questions throughout to support developing insights and connecting with my own story and experience... found myself writing notes in the book!

The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety will change how you view psychological safety and make it much more approachable. The book is supported by additional resources on the Leader Factor website. If you are looking at implementing psychological safety in your workplace, I highly recommend this book (it conveniently comes in hard copy, digital, and audio versions so is very easy to access in whatever way you like to receive information) and don't forget to check out the webinars and other training materials - they are well worth it to supplement and take a deeper dive on the information in the book, although the book is also worthwhile on its own.

Phenomenal!
Maybe (one of) the best books I've read - this book provides insight on relationships - at work, home, and anywhere that humans interact with humans. The foundational skill for every 'people person', upon which all other 'higher order' skills (influence, persuasion, communication...) are built. This book is 'emotional intelligence' applied. If you interact with other people, don't think... Just buy it!

I definitely recommend this book!
An excellent read, not just for managers and leaders because psychological safety is crucial for everyone and when you feel you’re not in a safe space, you DO have the right to say regardless of your position. It was also my first ebook and it was a great experience!
