trying to fix a fridge usually isn't easy. taking off the old and putting on the new only took about maybe 15 minutes :) very easy to replace

One tiny plastic part breaks and you have to replace this entire piece. It's insane, but easy to do yourself. Perfect fit for my fridge replacement.

AFTER DOING THE RESEARCH THE NUMBER ON THIS PRODUCT IS DIFFERENT, IT, IN FACT, IS THE FACTORY REPLACEMENT PART. VERY EAST TO CHANGE BUT YOU TAKE NOTE IT USES #2 SQUARE BIT NOT A PHILLIPS BIT.

A small piece broke off of the ice/water actuator paddle on the inside of this unit when my wife was filling a glass with water. Water was steady streaming out until my wife put a folded napkin behind the actuator paddle. The broken piece would not let the spring work correctly to return the paddle back to position. I could not find a replacement actuator paddle and had to order this complete module. It fits perfectly, works perfectly and solved my problem. I'm just disappointed that I had to spend so much money on a less than 5 year old very expensive refrigerator when a replacement paddle would have solved this problem. Nevertheless my refrigerator is like new again.

This is the perfect replacement part for fridge, however the directions could have been a bit better.

Arrived on time. Easy install and working as new. My only complaint is its just to pricey.
