I bought three t-shirts to compare: Fruit Of The Loom 5.6 oz Heavy Cotton Long Sleeve T-Shirt 4930, Hanes Adult Tagless Long Sleeve Tee and the Gildan Men's G240 Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve T-Shirt. Here's what I found:So that you can judge how the fit I describe will translate to you, I am 6'1", weigh 190lbs, and I wear a 35" dress-shirt sleeve. I bought the "large" size in all three shirts.I like all three of the shirts for quality and comfort, with small difference in each that may make a difference for you.Fruit of the Loom (this shirt) - I bought black, and it's definitely black. The fabric is the heaviest (thick but also a little stiff) of all three shirts. It fits like an Under Armour shirt, which is to say athletic -- the sleeves are tight and it's fitted in the chest. The sleeves are long enough to reach my wrists without pulling up.Hanes Adult Tagless Long Sleeve Tee - the black is a little on the Navy Blue side. The fabric is lighter, but not thin, and soft. There is a little extra room through the body and sleeves; it feels fitted, but not tight. The sleeves are long enough to reach my wrists without pulling up.Gildan Men's G240 Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve T-Shirt - I bought "Heather" and was surprised that it was slightly blue; I was expecting grey. The fabric is similar to the Hanes -- light and soft. There is a little extra fabric around the middle, but it's not a tent. The sleeves are long enough to reach my wrists without pulling up. I hesitated buying this unfamiliar brand until I realized that a shirt I've been wearing for about 6 years was a Gildan. It's held up very well, so I tried this one.

I used this for luigi costume. It fit great and looked good to.

Needed some basic long sleeve shirts and these deliver. They are good fabric quality and have held up well for the price. Love the color too!

I'm 5 feet and weigh 130 pounds. I bought this shirt to wear with PJ bottoms. It's almost too roomy in the shoulders and covers my fingers. It has nice cuffs so I could roll the sleeves back, but it is also long enough to cover my hips and is bordering on snug in that area. I'm planning to exchange this and hoping a small will fit better. If I keep the small and it shrinks, I hope it shrinks long ways and not sideways.

I have been wearing this brand in a long sleeve fof a few years, and it always fits as expected. I wear it under a long sleeve work shirt, and I do not have to wear a jacket until it gets to about 30 degrees, but that is my taste. It is a great undershirt for anyone spending time outside, light enough to wear by itself around 50 degrees, and Less expensive than some long sleeve shirts that claim to be an extra layer of comfort. For the price, it is a great addition to your fall / winter / spring wardrobe if you live in the Northeast.Minimal shrinkage, I hang dry mine, or if in a rush, use low heat in the dryer.Holds color well. Mine usually last 2 years, with wear mainly for 9 months of the year, wash once a week. I have 5.This vendor shipped same day the order was placed, I suggest using them. Had my items in 2 days, and the price was comparable to other shops.

The cotton is a normal thin cotton weave, NOT “Heavy Cotton” as advertised. I wanted thick cotton so am unhappy with this purchase. Fit is X-LARGE, bigger than expected.

Das shirt stinkt, sieht aus wie ein kartoffelsack und ist extrem ungemütlich. ich bin da nicht so penibel aber das ist mit abstand das schlimmste was ich je gekauft habe.... und ich bin ehrlich gesagt shopping süchtig und habe schon sehr viel erfahrung... also lasst die finger davon oder kauft es zum putzen
