good value ribbon cables and camera kit
Great kit - extensions are working fine. Be aware that the connections can be a little fiddly and make sure the ribbon cable is completely seated in the connector.

Does what it says, okay picture quality!
As described really, you’re not going to be able to film your next blockbuster on it, but it does the trick! One thing I did notice was that the actual lense part does have a habit of popping off. It’s easy to recoup it, but prior to fitting it into a case it kept popping off the circuit board.

Great for an octoprint setup
Great little camera for the price. Ok so it's not going to give you HD but the picture is more than acceptable and is great to monitor your 3D printer.Comes with different length cables to connect to your Raspberry Pi.Was really easy to connect.Lots of different 3D printed designs available to hold the camera depending on where you want to place the camera on your printer.Overall for the money it's a great camera.

Very good starting point for a new Pi 4
Great selection of different length cables.The longest was perfect to use the camera in my 3D printer enclosure.Just connect it to the Pi and that is it!Octoprint displays the picture perfectly.

OK, but lens is loose
Camera was good for the price (attached to a Raspberry Pi on a 3D printer)However, the lens is loose and the movement of the printer caused blurry images.I’m sure the V2 camera is better.I eventually purchased a cheap web cam for the Pi and the image quality is far better.

Garbage, trash, rubbish
didnt realise this was a fixed focus lens so no matter where its placed it looks out of focus..

Good cheap Pi Camera. The orange Pi Zero cable is very small though.
This works right out of the box. The quality is fine for Octopi server. It comes with a good range of cables for every type of Pi.The one downside is the supplied orange cable is very very short. It will get you by for a small project where the camera is mounted on or near the Pi Zero, but if you want to have the camera at any distance, you will need to buy a separate orange Pi Zero compatible cable.The other white full-width cables that worth with normal sized Pi devices is a bit longer.

Cost effective option for 3D printer monitoring
The camera is small and light enough that there are several mounting possibilities. The inclusion of the various ribbon cables provides options for smaller and larger 3D printers. The 5MP sensor is shipped with a default infinite focal point, and some fine tuning may be required for your application.The quality is what one would expect from a cheap sensor, and does the job effectively. If you're using this for 3D printing and plan on using Spaghetti Detective then I would recommend the 8MP version of this camera.

Focus locked
Focus is glued from factory to specific position. Can't use for close up items. Tried to unglue it, but to no avail.Ended up getting a arducam. Better focus and interchangeable lenses.Did like having the extra cables for future projects.
