Bialetti Ceramic Pro Nonstick Oven-Safe 8" Frying Pan, Gray

So, I have removed all other cookware from my kitchen and am strictly using this set. They cook great and are so easy to clean. We have had NOTHING stick! I love, love them !!

I'm So Sad about this purchase. Until now I Loved Bialetti Cookware. I always had a set and the Quality was unsurpassed. I was in the looking for a new set. They were delivered with Missing Pieces. After a big, long fight to get the missing pieces, I finally got them. Now that I thought I could use them. I'm Discovering the pan are NOT round. Therefore, the lids DON'T FIT because the pan ARE NOT ROUND. I am so upset that we paid good money for a BIALETTI set that has definitely doesn't have the Quality and NO one will Make good on this. NOW what do I do and What brand do I purchase now. I just need a good set of pans that don't cost an arm and a leg. A Company that will stand behind its products. How hard it that. Truly disappointed in Bialetti and it's customer service.

These pans are by far superior to any I’ve had before! Wouldn’t buy any other brand.

We periodically change out our cookware in my household. It often gets worn out quickly due to the constant use so a fresh set is a necessity. We were due for a new set and the one we got is Bialetti Smartfit Stacking Cookware.This quality set of cookware includes a total of six pots and pans, glass lids, and the halo ring system for stacking. The cookware is made from aluminum with a nonstick titanium surface. I have found that the nonstick surface claim is generally true, but we have noticed some sticking issues. It’s nothing that a little oil can’t fix, but still something to consider. And it’s better than other non- stick surfaces in other cookware that I have used. The coating in other cookware wears off over time and tiny bits could make their way into the food. I don’t foresee that being an issue here.One of the top distinguishing features of this cookware is the rings. They are designed to make it easier to stack and store the cookware. This is a nice, extra feature and what I like best about it is that it keeps the cookware from touching and getting scratched. Another thing I like about the stackable rings is that they are labeled- they tell you which piece of cookware they fit.This cookware can be used in the oven, up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, which is good to know. One thing I wish was different is the saute pan. It has a small handle on each side. I would have liked it better with a single, long handle. I also noticed that these handles do get a little hotter on my stovetop than the handles on other cookware I own. It isn’t so hot that you need to grab an oven mitt, but it’s still hotter than I prefer.It’s great to have a new set of cookware in my house. With this new set, I threw out different pieces of my old cookware that were already worn out, scratched, etc. Bialetti Smartfit Stacking Cookware seems like a cookware set made to last and the stackable feature does make it standout from the competition.

I have to admit, this is a significantly less expensive cookware set than the one I use for my everyday cooking. It was ordered as an extra set for use in my RV. I am very pleasantly surprised with its performance.At its current price of just $199, this 10-piece cookware set is an absolute bargain! While it doesn't contain every size pot and pan you'll need, it does include all of the standard sizes you'll need to get started. The pots and pans are a bit heavier than some cookware, but not so heavy that it is discouraging.The surface is truly nonstick...I've tested every piece of the set with some of the stickiest possible foods, and everything wipes off without any effort at all. I even cooked an egg with no butter or spray and it flipped perfectly. I cooked pork chops and chicken with sticky sauces and waited for the mess to completely dry on the surface of the pans. Again, they wiped clean with zero effort at all.Heating was even with each of the meals I prepared. This is a feature that is difficult to find in cookware in this price range.I absolutely love the Halo rings, which make stacking and identification so easy. This truly is space-saving cookware.I tested these pans in my oven and they worked fine. I love that they are oven-safe to 450 degrees. Most cookware sets in this price range can only handle oven temperature of 400 to 425 degrees. I generally like to "finish off" meals in the oven at a high temperature (450 to 475), or even broil, in order to get a quick browning. This set makes it easy to accomplish this.Why did I only give this cookware set 3 stars? The 12" Saute Pan was damaged in the box (the box itself was not damaged, so the pan came out of production this way). The lid does not fit on the pan at all with its damage. I contacted customer support twice and did not receive any response at all. Customer support is a very important consideration with any major purchase, and I am disappointed in Bialetti's lack of response.I can't speak for how long this amazing nonstick coating will last, but my preliminary impressions are all positive. I would recommend this set for anybody who wants a nice set of cookware, but only has a mid-range budget.
